Well, kids, here we go...

I'm tapering off vaping. I need to get off nicotine for my blood pressure. This could get ugly.

grumble, grumble, grumble

I'm starting to feel the effects of the 1/2 dose e-cig juice. As in grumpy.

I warned the folks at work. Last time I quit nicotine, my co-workers bought me cigarettes and a lighter.

So, I should be at the new level by now. I"m going to give it a little time to moderate then halve it again.

Thanks for the invite to the no nic club but I ain't there yet.
