Beautiful guy, my condolences for your loss. Our dog, cat, bird families are just the same as our human companions and it feels just the same when we lose one.

I am having such a hard time accepting his death.

I keep expecting to see him and when I don't, I get very depressed.

My daughter came to visit and broke down crying cause Jack wasn't here.

She was very fond of him and he liked her and let her pet him. He was very shy so that was a great compliment.

Yes, he was very much loved.

It should mean a lot to know that you did the best thing for him right to the end though. Been there, it just sucks. x
