Good morning everyone. I'm in for this weekender. I've got some housework to take care of this morning but will be checking later. I hope everyone's weekend is going well so far.

Way to kill the thread, LB. I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

Still waiting for the dryer. It just spins and spins and never dings.

I am having a very very bad day.

And LBrain....surely you didn't mean you wanted to eat the chics? Noooooooo.... I am obtuse today, so I am probably getting the completely wrong end of the stick.

Sorry you are having a rough day Venuscat, be strong. I hope you don't spin for too long.

Another sober Saturday passes into history for me. G'night.

Spent the day shopping with my Girls. Took Mrs Dragon out in the morning & bought an air fyer. Took Ms Dragon out in the afternoon to a flea market then a music store. Bought her a Ukulele (We are taking classes together) and came very close to buying my third.

Morning, I hope everyone made it through Saturday night. A small crowd of young people were cueing up for a sale at a small but very fashionable (and usually pricey) local clothing and footwear store. They must be some of the few that still have money to spend at this time of the year.

I’m been holed up working on a craft project. I’m hoping to have it done by Wednesday.

Millennials eh? acting like they rent the place.

it's rather a nice day here, if a bit breezy. I'm going to get out for a walk & blow some cobwebs away.

Hello! Day 10. Double digits!! I can also see changes to my shape from not drinking. Am starting to get a flatter stomach! All good!

What's not good is the stomach issues I am having. I don't know how long they're going to last. I read that its your stomach healing from drink? And you don't have the numbing effect of alcohol so it really hurts?

Have a good Sunday wherever you are! Am going back to my fruit tea.

Yay double digits! Those stomach issues are a pain in the tummy.

They went away before to long the first couple times I stopped, the last time I stopped I had them bad for more than 6 months. They are finally going away now after 11. Long acting antacids and food helped with the pain for me but I don't take them anymore.

Thank you for the cheer! Also thank you very much for letting me know that stomach issues are part of the process. I was getting a bit worried. But its also a major wake up call if I am having such bad reactions to Not drinking!

Have a good Sunday!
