Marty, enjoy your free evening. Quiet is nice. And steak. Even better.

Jen, he does have talent. Cool that he sends artwork.

SoberP, my composter has the basic shape of a short black plastic Dalek. The top lifts off to add the stuff. I keep it in the back of the yard at the side of the garage. Outta sight, outta mind. It should be turned once in a while but I don't bother.

On the train home. Yay!

Oh yeah!!! Before I go back to work!
I didn't end up burning the nudie photo of me- I did find it a suitable home though haha
I gave it to math nerd- even though he's a misogynist jerk at times.
He was happy!

That being said, she's an advocate for prisoner mental health. Wisconsin's prison are obscenely overcrowded, while at the same time budgets have been slashed recently, and there's almost no long-term mental health care available. What little there is is being administered by idiots in a state where the prevailing public opinion is that prisoners still "have it too good" and should simply be left to rot in prison with no services whatsoever.

Anyway, it sounded like a bit of an unusual hobby, so I had to ask.
I was spending a good chunk of time in the Capitol when the Wisconsin Legislature passed, and the then-governor gladly signed, "three strikes" laws. It wasn't exactly "Profiles in Courage" time. Leggies from both sides of the aisle were, for the most part, falling all over themselves to pass the laws.

Opposition came from 1) budget hawks who did the math and pointed out the costs would soon become unsustainable and 2) inner-city leggies who pointed out who'd bear the brunt of of three strikes. They tended to come from "safe" districts but they were also both right.

Right?! Maybe I was thinking of some other forum. Or some other lifetime.

I thought I had registered with my same name only capitalized and decided against it...but who knows. I was three days sober and couldn't honestly say. I'm surprised I found my way back here after registering.

I'm sure Dee is right.
