Keep at it, Tnt.

Sobriety and recovery are worth every single effort you put into it!

often check - it is too easy to be complacent with this stuff. As if being sober for me was normal, so I can just cruise. Nope.

You can get sober without a plan. It's nearly impossible to stay sober without one.

How true this is... All it takes is 1 drink to be back on the roller-coaster, I wish I hadve listened and made a plan as you can only sustain no plan for so long, I was side swiped last week and haven't gotten off yet..

I think a plan is good under any circumstance.

But this is the Master Plan. Without it all else fails.

You can "plan plans", but not results.

Keep refining the plan.

Thanks for the plans. Anything that helps our sobriety is appreciated as we are not only dealing with the quality of our lives but also in some cases our survival.

Dee,

You made this thread the month that I went to rehab.
When I see the year 2016 on something, I'm always reminded lol.
