90 Days of Healthy Habits Challenge
Ok I got out for my first walk in two weeks!
Arguing with myself the whole time but I did it. I feel much better and will do it again tomorrow and increase my water intake.
Thanks for the inspiration !

Hello fellow challengers! No treadmill for me today. Felt like tee-total ship all morning from something. Noticed in my earlier walks it taking a day after to recover fully. May just have to tone it down till I figure out my gut issues. Gonna try an acid blocker tomorrow. Did manage to do kids yoga with wife and daughters this evening--calling it a win.

No coffee this morning. Ran out, so instead of running to get some just made half pot of tea. I think it was easier on my gut. May go zero caffeine for a couple days and see how I feel. Prilosec has helped-had a solid BM today (yipee). I've always been wary of acid-blockers as they always seem to help but is too much acid really the problem? and does it's relief mask symptoms of other issues. Anyhoo--gonna continue with food elimination. Gluten free may be next.

a mile twice a day seems to be my norm for now. My goal for 3 and a half weeks since this started was to develop a daily aerobic routine for at least 30 min. I've done that. Now, staying the course like with drinking is where I'm at right now. The benefits so far are lower BP, more energy and even a better self image from the accomplishment itself--weight is slowly going, I'm liking that too.
You are doing so well, I am going to do better . I have been eating clean .fell off a little on Christmas , but I am back. Will workout today, get in the water , and eat clean. Have a good day and keep up the good work.

So yesterday I decided to step it up by walking w/out holding on. I made it .25 mi and took a day off--really burned my calves. Today I've managed to do a mile, .25 at-a-time, full incline at 3mph with 2 min. breaks in-between.. I knew I was cheating but had no idea how much. My calves are really burning by .1 . This added a whole new challenge. I'm gonna try to get another one in today but may have to slow down to go more than a quarter at a time.
