I made it a full mile no-hands (WOO-HOO!). Hopefully the back-ache will subside. I'm sure the holding-on had something to do with that. I never envisioned myself posting of miniscule fitness gains on a recovery site but I'm glad you started this thread JT. Who knew I would be drinking 1000% more water than a month ago? I can't remember the last time I ate Ice Cream. Progress.
I am building up my nerve.....I plan on quitting sodas on the 1st. That is another addiction I have that I need to address. Soda is not healthy & has lots of nasty chemicals in - but those chemicals are oh so delicious!!! For accountability purposes I will be posting about my soda quitting in this healthy habits thread!

I went and bought oodles of different herbal teas. Mmmmmmm. The bengal spice one is my new favourite drink, delicious! Today I will be swimming/playing in an indoor water park with my wonderful family who I love so much and I'm so grateful for!

Happy New Year fellow challengers! Nothing for 2 days here--been feeling ill. My own fault maybe. I tapered down to 0 coffee and felt better a week ago but am now back up to a pot every morning. All Dr. offices closed. You can believe tomorrow I'll be on the phone half a day and a get an appt. sooner than next month. I'm not wanting to lose the progress I've made but I ain't gonna drink over it. Be Well......
Drank my water yesterday & got 60 ounces in. I took the time yesterday to make a personal inventory & realized that I am pretty f*cking awesome!!! That is a huge to me because I always talk so negatively to myself.
Erratic, I am doing good! Feeling good has never been better for me. Keep posting in this thread about anything healthy you are doing for yourself. All of it counts!

Got back on! .25 x 4. Had to break it up with a new puppy and a toddler that is not so happy with said puppy displacing her a bit in the cute dept. Will do 1 more later when older kids get home. Onward!
