Hi Sam, good for you! Soooo much better than drinking, and a much better stress reliever.

Enjoy the day

Hi guys
Free we’ve just moved because the house needs renovations to the entire plumbing system and the kitchen and other things, which are just too difficult to do with anyone living there, but I don’t know when or if we’ll move back or just sell up. Interest rates are on the rise and everything is financially unstable. I’m working a second job again and life is hectic.
On a positive note, we’re getting someone in to look at the computer and the internet situation. Hopefully we’ll be able to get the computer fixed, and get something worked out to boost phone signal and give us wifi…. Fingers crossed.

Good luck with the move Willow!

yeah at this juncture another job change is absolutely not able to happen so I have some very tough lessons to learn real fast, and I’ve done that before. I’m not happy there anymore but life isn’t always the pink cloud. Even though my desire to leave the job is justified I have things I decided to learn and I am addicted to change which can upend my life and keep retraymatizing me. I’m not happy but I’m broke and tired.

Anyway, not a lot to report otherwise. Just stayed in tonight to have a somewhat non frazzled morning tomorrow for once. My car is back in the shop so I’ll be riding the bike in this heat! Early morning bike rides are amazing for my state of mind and I’m usually more prepared to face challenges.

Plenny as long as you're strong. Keep in mind that this toxic environment will be very testing to your recovery, and AV will try its hardest to catch you when you're tired and unhappy. You have all of us sitting at your desk with you (like a freaky family photo framed for you to look at )

Hi Unders thought I’d pop in and say hello, I’ve not been here for a while.

Willow all the best with your move!

Plenny, I hope the job gets bearable. I smiled when you said “pink cloud”. I think that’s what I chased for many years on the booze. But I had tinted coloured glasses on I’m sure because booze left me with black clouds.

So happier and less complicated life is without booze in the mix. I hope you’re finding it so too.

Love to all Unders xxxx

hi

caught a rhinovirus (mild flu symptoms - headache, temperature, sore throat, joints hurt a bit etc.) but I've developed an abscess up my nose that is super painful

not really an interesting subject but it's on my mind because it hurts (and one side of my nose is like fat and red)

I'm using an antibacterial mixture I made up (that seems to be working) and I might put some local anaesthetic on the outside

anyway - well done if you did another day :-)
