Wow Liz--that view!!! Amazing.

Leshar--no way in hell would I share a room. I had to do that once on a work trip years ago-the company thought it would be cool to toss two total strangers together, luckily my roommate and I got along but how stressful it still was!

RAL: enjoy the trip!

Suze--rain here all week-even though I won't be here it annoys me :-)

Good morning 🌞

Lixie - I'm drooling over that view. How exciting that the B&B opens soon. Fantastic work.

RAL - sounds like a great afternoon, thanks for taking us with you. I really needed a massage 🤪

Tetrax - hope your doing well 😊

Wild child - congratulations on almost a month.

Leshar - enjoy your quiet day.

Venus - weather is a fickle friend sometimes. Being stuck inside with noise wouldn't be pleasant either.

Samwitch - hope your doing well.

I'm doing well in sobriety, but that's usual in early days (early morn day 10). Must remain ever vigilant.

Sam I really did lol at your sharing a room comment. Totally agree 👍🤣

Congrats on your sober time zura and I hope you have a lovely day.

nearly sleep time here. For me anyway. jr ral not tired. Allegedly. 🤔 should we have aircon on or off. Then he keeps making noises. Oh the Joys of room sharing and he's my child 🤣🤔😂👎

Hi all,
It's just as well I didn't go to my friend's last Sunday. I turned down the invitation as for me, there were too many people. Unfortunately, two of the gathering contracted Covid. I'm immunosuppresed because of psoriasis medication and I'm at more risk. On a positive note, my new psoriasis medication is starting to work!

Finishing up my son's 11th birthday celebration. The Father's had beers and whatnot, but I truly had a nice time sober. 9 weeks today. Onwards. #ODAAT

hi Sam and liz and zura and everyone else 😃 Hope all is well 👍

Driving over to Edinburgh this morning. We stayed in Glasgow last night. It's not far. Very excited to see grandma ral 😃 got many tourist attractions booked. This afternoon we are going to the Blair st underground vaults . It's the old city which the new city is built on. Bit of a ghost tour too. Will check in later xx

Oooo, sounds exciting and terrifying to me dear RAL. I love the history and ghost tour, but I am mega claustrophobic.
Enjoy. ❤️

Hi all,
RAL, I'm so envious! I'd love to visit Edinburgh and do such a tour. I'd love to go on the overnight train from London. I just need to get over my anxiety about solo travel as I've become older.
BTG, way to go on 9 weeks plus!
I'm starting day 60 today. Nervous about the next phase of coming off ativan. I see my Psychiatrist this Thursday. I'm down 50%, but so want off it. Mood a bit better but anticipating that may change with the tapering regimen. More accepting that my siblings cannot attend to me. So glad to have you all! And very grateful that I may have dodged Covid this time at least.

Leshar- Congrats on 60 days, that's awesome! I also would love to travel, but I would want a partner to be with. I already have travel anxiety, but to be alone in a strange place (or another country!) Idk about that...

Leshar many congrats on 60 days sober
I would definitely recommend Edinburgh. It is a very safe and compact city too. Everywhere is within walking distance of everywhere else. Tho went on the ho ho bus too which I love 🚌🚌
The trains are so fast nowadays. Grandma ral travelled from Preston and it was just over 2 hours. Incredible .

Scary tour wasnt too scary 😂 but v claustrophobic suze. And Dark. Fun tho .

Had some thoughts of drinking earlier. Scary real thoughts. in bed now though utterly grateful to have not drunk.

Night all.

Morning all

Your trip sounds amazing RAL. Great work getting through.

Leshar, sorry to hear the med tapering is so rough but fantastic on 60 days.

Start of day 11 here. Slogging it out in the garden as usual. Best wishes to you all ❤️
