citris have good meeing, i havent yet tried a smart meeting. good on u also staying sober.
I am kinda struggling today, went back to bed after posted earlier, so mainly been in my bed, but im up again trying to work through cravings, which is hell as i cant drink anyway lol. so thats a positive!
Might go and do my mood diary for a bit, see if that helps.

If I drank today I'd be coming out of a blackout right now feeling terrible checking my phone to see who o texted/rang, what I posted. I'd want to crawl into a hole and die.
I'm better off sober. I know this. But the temptation won't leave me. Hopefully the Campral does something in the next few days.

Last show I watched was Trinkets on Netflix. Haven't finished it yet. Must get back into it. It's pretty good, about three teenage girls with shoplifting addictions. They go to Shoplifters Anonymous.

Just started the new Hugh Jackman sci fi movie called Reminiscence.
And waiting with baited breath for the new seasons of CSI Vegas (the original CSI with Grisham, yay) and the new season of Dexter.
EDIT....Shoplifters Anonymous...a good idea. Shoplifting is a scary addiction.

I hope that you get some good information from that book Lamb. I finished it last week. It's certainly enlightening, and just reinforces that we are making the right decision to end the cycle of destruction.
Did Miss Bacon and Cantaloupes finally pass out and go to bed? Her new profile pic must be a live stream from her bedroom security camera.
