I think it's so important though to try and remember that her actions towards you are more reflective of her as a person and not you - it sounds as though you are the very opposite of the way she makes you feel - please try and believe this. If you can limit contact that might be helpful and even better if you can have a conversation about it (although I completely understand that confronting these sorts of issues - particularly involving family, is easier said than done) . You have enormous amount of worth and you deserve to feel it

Good morning all. BE, my sleep patterns are not consistent. When I am overstimulated during the day I tend to not sleep well, so last night was one of those nights. Another busy day here so I will try and check back in here later. It is so good to be sober.

I usually sleep like a happy log.
But the last week I have maybe had 5 hours sleep a night at the max, and today I am a living zombie.
I just washed my car, and it was so so so so dirty.....it hasn't moved for over a year....omg did I drop the ball.
But have now picked it up and I am getting things done. Plus I have my own personal mobile mechanic now which is awesome.
I have a few hours gardening ahead, and I am betting I will sleep for 9 wonderful hours tonight. s xx

I washed my car today too Venus. I must've parked it under a tree at some point as it was really sticky from sap.
Evening all. Went on a 8 mile walk earlier, all on my own in the blazing heat. Lush
We're going to watch a film in a bit and then I'm sure I'll be in for a good long sleep

Good morning. It will get in the 40’s here before long so I am enjoying the 20’s and 30’s. It doesn’t rain during the summer here so it is a dry heat. I believe it would be similar to the summers in central Spain if you’ve ever been there.
We are in the process of going through our house and giving things away to charity. We have way too many wine glasses that we accumulated and neither of us were ever wine drinkers. Off they go! It feels good to unclutter the house because my wife likes to hold onto things much more than I do. Clutter drives me crazy, even more so since I am sober. Even she is onboard with this so that’s a good thing.
