Morning check-in....just an fyi for our friends in the New England area....there will be a boxing benefit called "Scars for Scars" in New Hampshire to help support the Scars Foundation ~ Sully will be there!

Thanks again everyone ~ it feels weird though....I know there's so much more continuous work to do; this was one of the big goals and now I can't tell if I'm starting to get complacent....does that make sense? Just wanted to throw it out there....mindful crap

Just keep adding tools to the toolbox dear Purps....that stops the complacency in my view. No matter HOW I feel when I get up in the morning, any lack of gratitude and determination re my sobriety (sometimes I am moody when I wake up) goes out the window the minute I hit SR. I am committed to being here every day.
Maybe make one of the smart meetings you like a regular weekly thing?

Everything went well with my doc visit. At least I wasn't told anything bad. So I'm either ok or so far gone there's nothing they can do!!! LOL.

I vote you’re ok BBG. Lately, I operate on a need to know basis. If my doc doesn’t say it....ima gonna leave it at that and have a nice day.
My health is good btw. Getting used to the meds and my hair is now like a pixie cut. Might keep this!
The more I see pictures of Adelaide, the more it looks like Southern California. Only without hundreds of millions of pushy people.

I did that thing where I fall asleep early and wake up around 1:30....did some reading and Heart Chakra meditation while it's still quiet. Is it too early for startin' fluid? Might as well get a jump start on Saturday
