Started off Saturday morning with guided Chakra meditation, now it's startin' fluid time (or as Starbucks likes to call it: "Puppuccino") :23: :puppy: Plus I haven't exercised all week! Yikes!

My husband is doing a lot better. Thanks for the good thoughts. He's crabby because he has to quit smoking though. He had a pack in his bag and said, "you don't know how hard it was not to have a cigarette. " Um, yeah. I do. Duh.

I hope everyone is doing well and the dads had a great Father's Day.

I'm back at work for the first time in a week and a half. I really need to be independently wealthy.

Well, we can work on that dear Bobbie....we have talents and smarts. :)

And glad to know your husband is doing better, and ha ha.....can't believe he said that to you with a straight face. :) :hug: s

GnR announced 8 tour dates for this fall ~ one in Florida, 4 hours away where my sister lives....as excited as I was at first, I know that would threaten my recovery ~ and I need to focus on finding a better job!

Quitting smoking is both harder and easier than quitting alcohol. I'm not sure if you are a former smoker, Bobbieka, but if you are I'm sure you can understand. Good luck to you and your husband. I'm glad stents were an option!
