Here for 24 more hours of sobriety.
I can't wait to reach the point where I can easily commit to 24 hours of abstinence from compulsive overeating. I feel like it's never going to happen.
I feel like I will be stuck in this hell forever and I'm not sure I can manage that.

Good Morning Everyone. 24 sober hours for me please. I will not drink today.
Congratulations to all those achieving milestones today and also to those remaining sober. YAY!

Feeling really bad about myself and my addictive behaviors around food but I am not going to let this ruin my day despite a late night sugar fest and some pancakes this morning.
Here is a list of all the things I can do today to keep busy and not eat mindlessly:
Enter receipts into budget
Change sheets on all 3 beds
Empty dishwasher and dish rack
Dust/mop upstairs
Clean upstairs bathroom
Finish painting living room windows.
Plus I promised Evan we would go bowling so that will be a fun break from all the house stuff.
On top of that, it is gorgeous outside. We will get some bike time in before it gets too hot.

I guess I haven't really put myself in that perspective until recently. Time in Bali to read by the pool. We’re flying to Bali with Jetstar (a budget version of qantas) and I just found out there are no tvs on board! It’s only a 3.5 flight so it’s a perfect time to start a new book!! Not sure what else to do haha x

So I am very sorry to be late with the lists but wonders of the world need to remember to eat more when they are working all day so they don't almost pass out from exhaustion at the end.
Boy did I sleep well. Best sleep since I got here. I love you weevie weev...to the moon and back. ♥♥♥
