That A.V will tackle us when we are most vulnerable.
I choose a positive anti alcohol meditation every morning.
In retrospect I see slips having occurred when I have been too
lazy to challenge my feelings, opting for a quick fix.
That AV challenge needs ever vigiance and recall of those really
bad old days------

Ummmm I'm watching Intervention and I am seeing a lot of myself and my SO in the subjects here...I'm hoping there's some affirming moments here
I guess I haven't really put myself in that perspective until recently. I've caught myself saying things that relate to being a pain in the butt to others when intoxicated, and I'm seeing myself from the outside a little more clearly now... I think it took having someone else in my life who shares the same issues, who I care very much for, to look at myself. In my efforts to not be a hypocrite.
