I really recommend yoga for anyone struggling (mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually) it’s working absolute wonders for me, I’m sure the sobriety is the main reason I’m feeling so good, but the yoga is definitely playing a big part too!

6:51 pm in California and checking in for another 24. It was a beautiful day here today, we ended up hiking on a trail by the beach with beautiful views of the cliffs, and the ocean. The kids said we should come back and take our Christmas picture there, I think we definitely will.
Three more work days for me and I have vacation. I am looking forward to getting this surgery behind me and enjoying a few weeks off with the kids.
Hope everyone is having s fantastic Sunday, congrats to everyone celebrating a Milestone today.

Checking in for 24 more and trying to stay cool in so many ways. It's hot here but I love it. I have a pretty good a/c though. I have a temper and I don't love that. But I'm trying to use my tools to get through the tough moments. I'm feeling rebellious but I'm trying to remember what I'm doing here, how I got here, and how I'll feel tomorrow if I don't stay cool
