I've been in a remote area and no WiFi, but glad I can now check in to say hi to all and offer support to Suze.

Hey guys. Think I told you all that we sold the house...not sure. But it's great. Signed some papers tonight with the lawyer. Should be official by the end of the day tomorrow. Wow! Renters again for the time being!
