Thanks, Conquest. Whew...what a process. Now the stress is off a bit and we can relax and find a place we really love cause we're gonna be there for the long haul. We can take our time and do it right. A blessing this rental agreement is.

So great to hear, Arbor!
And I can't wait to hear more about the new house hunt adventures! We are working hard to renovate and start hunting within a year or so. Some days, I enjoy the process. Other days, I wish I had a magic wand to "poof" the details away! Lol

We're having Thaco Thursday tonight, celebrating Jr's last day of school today. It's funny how quickly the smell of fajitas and the sight of a new patio umbrella can make the seasons change instantly... Boom! Bring it, summer!
