BBG that sounds yummy! And you found your BBT! I'm having cheese & crackers and salad with chicken.....and chocolate milk for dessert (and more "Friends" episodes!)

After the cemetery I took the kids out for a Valentine's Day lunch. I'm not going to lie, the thought of a drink crossed my mind more than once but instead I had my favorite burger and favorite iced tea. Now we are home and I am not going out anywhere so I'm pretty much in the clear for today yay!

Evening all,
Well just finished my first cheat meal of 2017....McDonalds and ice cream...yumm!! I might be feeling a little more than full right now...lol. And in logging my calories this one meal was over 1000...I typically eat around 1200 per DAY!!! Eek!! Might avoid the scale tomorrow...
My doctor's appointment today went well. I had been experiencing some pretty bad pains on my right side and was feeling a little anxious about it (okay I was scared). The doctor was great though and ran a liver panel and did an abdominal ultrasound...which all came back perfect....not even a fatty liver which I thought was weird. Feeling pretty grateful to be sober and healthy tonight.

CH - sorry your day was stressful....see it proves my point that we should win the lottery...
PJ - when my kids were little and excited about an upcoming event we would make a link chain out of construction paper....one link per day or hour depending on the situation....and then they would remove them one by one until it was time!! Sounds like you need 36 links....

Looking over some recovery material.....or at least trying to......Friends is over so now I need to find something else to watch....OOH! A Channing Tatum movie! Oh, great ~ now how am I supposed to concentrate?!?!?

Hi everyone! Just checking in real quick before bed. Had a really nice Valentines Day. I volunteered at my daughter's school party and helped the kids hand out their valentines. So cute to watch. Oh to be in 1st grade again

Sam, great news about your liver! I bet that's a relief. Good for you for getting it checked out.
