Perhaps more gentlemanly and certainly less strenuous than climbing the hair and perhaps indulging in more controversial behavior on arrival. Also from the girl's point of view wouldn't a hair climb be stretching things a bit? (OUCH! HELP!)

I'll also wager that you're not overweight, that your fingers aren't too short and that you don't wave them around and say "That's DISGUSTING!"
(But then again, have you released your tax returns?)

That's three Aussies with incredibly long and beautiful hair. What is it with the U.S. ? Why don't I see any Rapunzel ladies around? The fashion here is to look masculine. Wear boots.(For stamping on men?) Look a little or maybe a lot depraved. Sunken eyes., Predatory, Carnivorous.

I have tried all my life, but my hair won't grow any farther than my shoulders.

The lower half is bottle blondish (a polite way to say orange) and the upper half is light brown with gray coming in.

It looks kind me of awkward, but I don't want to dye it anymore.

Gilmer:
I too don't want to dye (LOL). Actually I have never dyed. As a fashion consultant wannabe I believe that the depraved carnivorous druggie look came in with Nancy Sinatra's "Boots!" song ("These boots are made for walkin'! That's what they're goin' to do! And one of these days these boots are goin' to walk all over you!") All those groveling men, lying around on the ground yearning for Nancy to walk on their faces! I see that the Paris fashion shows are now drifting in a sort of "Eyes Wide Shut" direction. Depraved women wearing hawk like hoods and black gowns. Will they be wearing that to the Inaugural Ball in January? Are stiletto heels still in fashion? Or is it now blunt toed booties (maybe with steel studs on the bottom)? I'm staying in Massachusetts and going to bed early. Enjoy!

W. (Are these fashion notes off the thread? Not so! We have to get the Suze ready to visit the U.S.!)

Who on earth can walk in stilettos? I couldn't do it, even when I was young. I have weak ankles--I've never been able to stand up on ice skates, either.

My daughters can walk in stilettos with no problem!

Gluttons for punishment!

NO....far out....going to pick up my luggage today. But I have everything.
Mostly I have medical issues I'm dealing with right now, so not optimal, but it is what it is. I have faith I will be OK to travel.....as Dee said, nothing is going to keep me from getting on that plane.

Love that you have long hair too aussie girl.....

Thank you all for being with me throughout this....one week to go....and I am really going to need you all....I am very very nervous.

No stilettos here either my love ~ but Bill, I do have some awesome new clompy boots, but not planning on stomping on any guys. I'm rather fond of men.
