Grrrr just killed the third assault of the AV with sugar and a bagel. Headed out for dinner shortly, I think I will volunteer to drive as an extra wallop to shut the AV up!

Kiki: I don't count days because I've been trying to get sober for a year and when I count days it feels like I give myself permission to drink.
Like " well I've made it 20 days, surely I have it under control..."
Sometimes I only have 2 bottles of wine a month, but I can't seem to make it 30 consecutive days
Can I chime in at 30 days? And then 30 days after that? My phone will alert me and I'll alert you

Bored!!! I seriously need to find some new hobbies now that I'm not drinking! For the last 2 years I have been in one of 3 states:
1. Craving a drink/anxiety & panic
2. Binge drinking
3. Hungover/sleeping/depressed

Now what?!? Do you guys relate?

We are going to start walking to dinner and things instead of driving. This could be challenging because we live at the top of the hill across town from stores and restaurants, but that's our plan for dinner tomorrow. More family time!
