Oh how cute :-) Yes, it makes sense to establish trust first. What food do they eat? I'm guessing they would eat pretty much anything?

Ha ha :-D

You have quite a knack with the one liners, Sao. Are you a fan of Steven Wright? Similar dry sense of humour :-)

That's what I gathered about the conversation . I do that for a week & go back see if it worked . I Hope so I'm sick of dealing with a racing heart on top of my anxiety

God, I bet you are. That's a bad combination :-/

What do you get anxious about, Nesty? (only answer that if you feel comfortable)

I'm a hypochondriac every little ache , or pain or weird feeling . I think I'm going to die of something .. On top of that I hold a lot of my feelings in , thinking I said or done something wrong - worry ect .. This stuff runs in the family . I had an Aunt worse than me , I couldn't imagine it worse

Heath anxiety is really common from what I hear. I think there are forums where people help each other out with that. You might find that useful if you haven't checked it out :-)

I've battled a lot of my life with worrying about doing or saying something wrong. My Dad was a very anxious person, and so is my brother, so might be a genetic problem in our family too. I think more than anything though it was caused by having an abusive mother who was always criticising and screaming at us. She was seriously scary. I think from things you have said maybe you can relate to that.

Yes that we have in common Shabby sad but true . My Mom was scary sober , the drinking was horrid . Holy Smoked I suffered from panic attacks when I was younger . Dr said Asthma , but he didn't know what I was going through . Of course I wasn't telling !!
With you saying that about your Dad mine worried a lot , over small things . I never put that together Hmm

I left a message. She might phone me back. Hope she is okay.

I've got an hour before I have to go to work if you want to keep chatting :-) If my friend calls I might suddenly disappear!

How are Baby and Pepe getting on?

Nesty :-

1.) You are not going to die

2.) You have not done anything wrong

3.) You are two years + sober

Just got off the phone - all good :-)

Baby is a sweetheart. Our dog that passed on would have chased a pet rat I'm pretty sure of it. He was a fox terrier so it was in the blood!!

Yeah, Steven Wright is hilarious :-)

Well, I have to get ready to go to work, then I have to go to my Mum's to help her out with something. She's mellowed a lot in her old age and I really enjoy seeing her. Be a late one tonight. Look forward to checking in when I get home. Hope you have a great day/night guys!
