Nah....you're still a spring chicken!

I'll say!! When our dog Boo was a puppy he ate two couches!! Not to mention lots of other things. Pretty funny....now :-D

Well, I hope you have a lovely rest of your evening. Look forward to catching up soon :-)

Just watched a beautiful sunset morph into a darker night. Storms on the way, perhaps.

Had a British Kit Kat for dinner. The stash, alas, is growing smaller. This was from last Friday:

I hope all are well. Another day, another day of sobriety. It's good.

Ditto with the not having a pet. I live alone and three floors up so it wouldn't be fair

Nestlé have tried to Patent the 4 fingered Kit Kat bar but I think they lost (it was on the radio the other day)

Bananas!

This has opened near me and seems like a great idea. A bar that only sells tap water in fancy cups

The money goes to charity

Those poor bananas!!!!

That is what I believe the young people might term a "way cool" idea. (I'm probably 10 years behind the time). We had a bar open in the city recently selling non-alcoholic drinks only. It didn't fly. This is New Zealand, after all. Money going to charity is a brilliant idea though :-)

sao Oh my banana's LOL I never cared much for eating a plain one , it's it in cereal or pie , bread Yum . The water bar is good for charity , but I couldn't see sitting & drinking water for very long .. I haven't had a Kit Kat in years . Don't they have 2 flavors , peanut butter & caramel . By now maybe even other kinds ?
Shabby , I don't think it the water bar would take of here either . As it is many bars lost business after they passed no smoking in them .
Frank still have my fingers crossed you'll at least pop in to say Hi to us from time to time ..

I'm off to the doctors today to get repeats on my meds. I went on an antidepressant a few months ago and I can't believe the difference it's made to anxiety and mood. I consider myself pretty 'normal' now. Apparently, hormones can be a really big player in older women because the imbalance of hormones lowers serotonin, which causes low mood and anxiety. The improvement has been amazing.

What a little cutie. Yeah, I wouldn't want to get overrun by them. You'd start to feel like you were in a horror movie or something....yikes!!

Off to the docs now. I have to across town quite a long way. He's my Mum's doctor, but he's so lovely I don't want to stop seeing him and find someone new. See you later :-)

Frank, wherefore art thou??!!! We miss you :-(

Oh and some guy called Frank
Thanks, Saou. I'm just getting caught up. Not sure I'm welcome around this thread anymore. Reluctant to post. I have reached out to Frank by putting a comment on his soundcloud excerpt. I've heard nothing.

I don't know of any reason why you would not be welcome Cissy, and no reason why you couldn't join in with the regulars here.

Like any other thread, here, everyone's welcome
