I had a spirit lifting experience yesterday. As I was working two young Buzzards (Buteo buteo) had a play fight above me. An absolutely awesome aerial display.

Andy that must have been a really neat thing to see.
Busy day here. Went to my meeting last night. It was OK. I ended speaking to a very interesting woman during the break. I called another woman today to chat. Another one with too many sponsees. I'm going to see what pans out with the woman on vaca when she gets back. Otherwise just plugging along. Hope everyone is well.

Ugh havnt been able to shake the downer im on started off with a dream i shook off but then today halfway through meditating i start crying not sobbing but just coming a lil out my eyes pretty weird during a guided meditation for depression lol i know il be ok think ive had my mum on my subconcious today after the dream

Shaking the blues a bit, but it has been tough this time. I have a singing gig coming up later in August and I am not looking forward to it. I keep trying to back out, but they won't let me!
Toots: Kevin seems to be progressing, he is still in inpatient rehab. I just see his updates on Facebook from time to time.
Off for a walk with the intrepid HRH Olive so she can bark at all the Inferior Beings she encounters.

Hi Overs!
Finally made it to 1 year - yay! For a long time I didn't think I would make it and am delighted that I finally have. Some of you I know from other threads.
Drake, sorry to hear that you are not looking forward to singing. It does sound like HRH Olive is doing well :-)

Congratulations calichris and Saskia on a year, woohoo.
Hope you're ok overs, still rough here, chest infection makes the asthma worse.blah. Headlump, I'm on steroid spray twice a day 2 puffs increased to 3 a day, normally helps but with the chest thing and the weather, it's grinding me down.
Toots, the guys wouldn't dream of it, they're all gentlemen, lol.
I haven't got a lot to say at mo, my heads cottonwool! But got 2 days holiday days so it's gotta be good!

I read that when you recollect some memory from your past, perhaps your childhood. You aren't actually remembering the event but your last memory of it! Mind boggling .

Wolfe, sometimes the tears need to come, allow yourself to explore the feelings brought about by the dream,methinks of the child you were, and the strong loving man you have become. Cry if you need to, write down what you feel, and wrap your inner child in love, it sounds like he was denied stability in his childhood, as an adult now, you can give him that reassurance.
SASSIE my sweet, it's great to greet you to the Overs! I am so proud of you.
CaliChris, congrats too on your imminent anniversary, we have your seat on the sofa marked.
Drake, I know you love your singing, and your gift deserves to be heard, but if working with the singing a'hole botheres you so much, just say no and mean it, and if necessary tell them why. One thing I have learned is to avoid people who trigger strong negative emotions when I am able to.
Unfortunately my biggest trigger is here until Monday! I haven't pushed him under a bus yet ( there is never one when you want one!)
My decorator is finishing off outside today, both he and my dad are the 'breathe thru the ar$e and yip for Britain' type, so I am tempted to introduce them and see which one spontaneously combusts first!......trouble is if it's my painter, who would finish the job?
