Yes Brynn I am in Colorado and I will be until the weekend. I am in a different state almost every week. it is all part of my husbands job. I am hard to keep up with.

I love oatmeal raisin cookies. The ones made with tons of butter. Yum!

Thanks for the support guys! I told him I wasn't ready for a relationship or anything, and he responded by saying that we can just hang out with no expectations....however I know better
I am not interested in even hanging out as friends, he's always pushed the limit with me (too long of a lingering hug, jokes about us making out, etc.). Kind of like the guy carolyn knapp mentions in her book, the older gentleman she drank with often in the past, and has dinner with once after she got sober. In the light of her sobriety she notices this guy is crass, stared at her breasts, and got too close to her ultimately making her very uncomfortable. This guy is the same, when I've been drinking I brush those things off but when I am sober I realize that's just not the kind of company that I want to keep !

I'm done with the book ha. I had a head start, read it a few times now. It's an amazing piece of work. If you are anything like me you will want to go back again and re read it. It's so spot on and well written.

I read it a few years ago and reread it when you guys were talking about it. I for some reason related to it a lot more sober than when I read it before.

Yes every time I've gone back I am astounded at her way of summarizing it up perfectly and eloquently.....just exactly like I would have put it, if I had the writing gift she had.
