I was hoping you'd say that! Actually, I kinda knew you'd say that...just wanted to hear you say it. I know you've committed to not drinking and that commitment stands regardless of where you are on the planet! enjoy your cigs!! Ha .

Wish I had another day at home tomorrow - Enjoy the Day, those of you that do!

Big - Wishing you safe travels.....that's a long way to go to smoke a ciggy

I had an unexpected opportunity to take care of my 1 year old Great Niece this evening (Momma had to take another Babe to ER)......she hasn't been around me a whole lot, but was a real snuggler & has the most adorable laugh I've every heard.....I needed that tonight.

Good Morning Lovely Littermates.
Day73 for we Royal Veggie Triplets.
Not as cold here today as parts east of here. Stay warm to all in that part of the country.
Della - good morning.
BigShoe - travel safe - enjoy the cigs - you will rock the show - love your commitment to your sobriety.
MariahGayle - glad you had a nice great niece visit.
So good to see so many here yesterday.
Do good out there.

Good morning, gang! Had some good giggles reading all the silliness I missed after I went to bed last night! I tried to stay awake to watch the rest of the SNL thing, but just couldn't do it. Since I stopped drinking I'm sleeping a lot more. I guess that's normal, but needing to sleep so much takes a chunk out of my days. Sleeping 9 or so hours at night and then sometimes needing a nap during the day.

Day off school for my son- we are going to make bagels together.

Good morning y'all!

Oh...and happy Presidents' Day!!

So glad you got some snuggles, Mariah!

Big....yep...parameters around drinking inevitably lead to a drink.
Hope you have a good day with the missus!

Mild...you're so ambitious! I wouldn't even know how to go about making a bagel! Wow! I'm pretty impressed!

Hi Della! Stay warm and visualize spring!

Happy day 73 Sis B and Shannon! ❤️

Hope everyone has a great day!
xoxo

Making bagels is not that much different from making bread. Which I do on a regular basis. The different part is that you boil them for a few minutes before baking. This will be my first time trying it - I'll report back.

Good morning all! Feeling so much better with each passing day. Woke up to 9 degrees and snow is falling. I'm grateful today I don't have to go anywhere. Took doggies out for a romp in the yard, they love this. Have to admit it looks lovely, still can't wait for spring though.

Umm, bagels sound good MLD. Do you have a bread machine? My sis does, uses it all the time. Nothing like fresh bread. Also like the pretzels she makes with it.

Have a great day class.

Max - I do have a bread machine that I'll use in a pinch. I like the results of doing it the old fashioned way better. I don't knead by hand, though, like my mom used to. I use my kitchenaid mixer for that.

I love lox and cream cheese and onion on a bagel. I think I'll have to run to the store for lox today so I can have that for breakfast tomorrow...

Up too early. Kitty came in to yell at me. He had to pee outside. He brought me out to a magnificent morning sky. Beautiful. Got to stand there in the morning light and watch my little guy mark his territory. He's sick but wants the rotten visitor cats to know that he's still here and willing to fight. Such a hero.

Good morning everyone!! I just facetimed my mom at her boyfriends house! That's always awkward! lol! My dad has almost been gone 3 years. It is still weird though.

I hope everyone has a great day.

Tonks- I like butter on my bagels or peanut butter & jelly.
