Day 158 and all is well...I'm at work,it's raining and I cant wait for the next 12 hours to go by as I need more sleep lol....Another night shift tomorrow then 1 day off,then non stop day shifts for the next 2 weeks....Still got new car syndrome and have been spending money on new car mats and light up gear stick knob lol...Anyways I hope everyone is well...Take care....Steve...

Grace I like how you said you had to give yourself a talking to. I have to do that a lot too. Especially after the boston bombing here in the US, a lot of those victims lost limbs. <3 my hearts go out to them. I am so grateful to have mine.
Midnightblue I know ranting helps me a lot. I'm just getting to know you but you seem like a great person. And it's clear everyone here really cares about you.

Dee you always have great things to share. I'm on a journey to love myself right now. I thought I did, but last night I realized that I'm not quite there right. Still working at it.
DrakeCKC You hang in there too. We are here ready to share our experiences. I found out that sober emotions are quite miraculous. Even the "bad" ones. I've learned so much about myself. And it feels great to feel and not be so numb all the time. You can do it. and you'll be SO glad you did.
I hope everyone's monday is going well. It's a nice day here in Southern Arizona. A beautiful clear blue sky with a few white puffs of cloud. <3

Nothing exciting to report, but that’s okay. I’m in work right now and it’s cold. I slept well which is always a bonus, other than that, same old, same old.
Sorry about making a mistake in your age in my previous post Midnight, you’re just 30 something at the end of the day, unlike me who is 40 ten and a few if any-one asks, lol.
I am really pleased that you are going to have a word with your doctor re your depression, why keep on fighting it on your own if you can get help, just like our recovery, the more support the better. Go for it girl!

Drake. You’re doing well and I’m definitely hanging on in there right with you. I manage to deal with life’s ups and downs far more rationally without the brain fog,

A lovely post from you too Bloss, I remember you asking that question about age and I think I may have replied telling you about the friend I have in the Hatzers thread who posts from time to time, she’s 81 and a total inspiration. I keep telling myself that age is but a number, the mirror keeps telling me different, but I’m not listening to it!!
Just read your next post Midnight and what better treat is there than a day of Peace, if only, if only I could have one. I think I may put a request in for the same for my birthday. Flowers too, I love flowers.

Good morning undies!
It's supossed to be high 80s today, Gross!
Grace Mother's Day went well. I drank dr pepper and rootbeer!! I drove home seperatly bc my sis was having fun drinking and stuff and I had homework to do so it all worked out well!

WWG My allergies goin crazy too!!!
It's supossed to be high 80s today, Gross!
