We have badly needed rain so it's a cozy day in my neck of the woods.
I may be doing doggie daycare for a month. He's a wiry terrier of some kind, deaf like my Toby was, and just the cutest old fella. My neighbour has some day stuff happening and was worried about leaving him (he's used to her being there), so I offered. She may be able to take him, but if not I will become a "dog person" by day and cat lover by night
No whines from me today, so I'll wash and iron the crying towels and make coffee.

I love doing doggie daycare! Little foster dog's new trick is lying completely on his back with his legs sticking up in the air, waiting for a tummy rub!
My whine is small; took a nap today cause of being tired and bored, now I'm more tired and only want to lie down!

I went to the nail salon because it was air conditioned....we hit 93 here today....i can't write the check fast enough to get my AC back....
Sammy and i are hanging on the bed....the cats are in the kitchen trying to get some peace.....he moves too erratically for their taste....Fandy is still spitting at him....
i have a list 1/2 mile long that needs to be attended to...if i get to 1/2 of it be friday, i'll be OK.

When I called HR, the head said there was no problem, but, it would take to the end of the week, and possibly to the beginning of next week. He thanked me for calling. I said no problem, though I was groaning inside.
I told the VP. She must have called, because he called me during classes - and he *knew* I was in class. I had made that information very clear. I said I was done today and could look for jobs tomorrow! YEA!!!!!!
Of course, there were two classes where some brats gave me total crappola. Some were very, very nice, though. And that was nice....
Oh, and NOT ONE of the SENIORS came in for their exams....NOT ONE!!!
I told the guidance counselor. I told the VP.
They *all* get ZEROS!!! 20% of their grade averaged in with a ZERO!
Screw them!
Two came in late - during my free period. They LIED to the VP, and said I told them to come in then. I saw them -- neither one of them had their skit ready to perform. Wasn't even finished. I took them with me, and gave them the opportunity to finish. They would not get a book; they didn't bring their notes, and they tried to do this off the top of their heads. They had 1 1/2 hours - I gave them my break and my lunch time. After an hour, both said, they weren't going to do it. One said it didn't matter, she would pass anyway. The other said she would fail. I tried to convince her that she *could* do this, and even gave her a "legal" way to cheat! She refused!!!
So, I sent them to the principal, per the guidance counselor's direction.
They didn't go....
I went to the VP and told her what happened....
The end. Zero.
So glad to be done with it -- ALL!
That's my last whine about this school.....

No, they're not the healthiest snack (tho you can get the "lean" kind) but my dog INHALES them. Of course, she would inhale anything edible!

my whine this morning is the belching of this website.....I have no patience for this slowness....last night and today...grrrr...
I have cats to feed, a dog to walk, work and no AC....I am extremelycrabby....later it iwll improve,but i don't have the time to sit here while this site takes forever.

Certain members of my family think I should just be able to invent a job or other earning potential!! I've tried and tried and no luck so far...
I'm sick of being told to just "find a job"... when it's hard as hell to find a normal job, much less one that I can do.

I could brush my teeth and put on my make-up while this site loads a posting....
of course my make-up slides right off when it is so HOT!!!! I cranked the AC down to 65 degrees in my office..ya' think I'm over-compensating? I woke up at 3AM I was a soggy hot mess...I do not sleep well in the heat. boy I am cranky, I could kick someone.
