Not much of a whine today, just feel 'draggy' and worn out. But I'm not drinking over it so that much is good, and had a nice visit with pk this afternoon. (pregnant kid, as opposed to ck - college kid) She even helped me rake some leaves. Nice to be able to relate to her on an adult-to-adult level.
Just thought of another whine: have to set the clocks back before bedtime. I have 7 clocks to change cause the atomic clock and the computer clock change themselves. And now it'll be dark at 5 pm - waaaahhh!

I hate time changes, it takes me about a week to adjust my body clock.
If this is "old-timers'" disease then I've had it for a long while. My memory is shot, at least parts of it. It's like having all your info in a big file cabinet but one of the drawers won't open! Aaaarrrggghhh!! It feels like little pieces of a blackout - without alcohol. When I was younger, a young kid even, my parents told me I was "scatter-brained" and I think they were right. I've got enough brain cells to get me thru life reasonably well, but some of my neurons are not 'firing' as they should!
Oh well. At least I still know my own name and that I want to stay sober!

Oh right, roughly 30 billion online usernames and passwords. That's my whine. I'm just tired of signing in to various things and having to remember and enter passwords. I should probably spend less time online. Lol...
I did too Pattee.....and then I went back to bed to grab some more well deserved sleep
I wake up early every day, most days I like to get up early anyway. But sometimes I am tired and need that extra sleep and it just doesn't happen. I'm a terrible napper, so grabbing an hour mid afternoon doesn't help either.
It gets dark earlier here too, We will spend much of the next month or two in darkness - dark when I leave for work and dark when I come home. Good thing I have lots of windows in my office or I'd never see the light of day. Take extra Vitamin D people, the lack of sunlight robs us of this important vitamin.
Or move to Florida!!!!
