Hey, y'all!!

I am grateful for all the Avon Sunrise aromatherapy goodies that arrived today from my purchases on eBay. I love the Sunrise fragrance and now I have enough bubble bath, soap, lotion, etc. to last a while.

Also grateful for a good little visit with my psychiatrist this morning. What's really cool is that we haven't had to change my meds in many months. I'm truly grateful for that.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

I am grateful that my husband is back from working out of town. I grilled hamburgers in his honor.

I am also grateful that I am able to handle stress at work without losing it. We were really busy at the end of the day today and didn't have enough pharmacists, but I managed to make it through. Yea!!

Have a lovely night/day, everyone!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

WELCOME to SR, Crystal, and to the Gratitude List, you Crafty Nut, you!!! CONGRATULATIONS on getting sober, too!! You're definitely in the right place.

I am grateful that a dentist was willing to call in some antibiotics for me without me having to leave work to go see him. I seem to have an abcess in my mouth and I was really afraid to head into the weekend without getting it treated. I'm also grateful I had the sense to turn down his offer to call in pain meds as well.

And I'm grateful that I'm going to Recovery in the Rough, our local annual NA campout, tomorrow. Should be fun and I need some fun! I probably should go put a post on the NA forum about it while I'm thinking of it.

Hope all have (or are having) a great weekend!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

I'm definitely taking insect repellent, Richie! North Carolina is too good a place to get West Nile virus, Lyme disease, or Rocky Mountain Spotted fever to go without it.

I hope the antibiotics clear up the infection, too, Kevin. I haven't had one in my mouth since I had my wisdom teeth out back in 1985. I guess it's a wake-up call, though, that I need to take better care of my teeth. So funny how these things happen.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Good morning, all!! I'm off to the campout here in a bit.

I am grateful that I worked out and tanned this morning. Now I can just enjoy the pool and the company without feeling like there's something else I should be doing.

I'm also grateful that I FINALLY got my legs de-fuzzed enough to wear a bathing suit. Yeah, I know, thanks for sharing, Eddie. LOL. Speaking of which, I need to find my bathing suit.

Enjoy, y'all!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

I got my bathers ready, but my legs are hairy, can I still come?

I am grateful for the closeness I felt last night of female members, its been sooo long since I felt comfortable around women, it was great.

lol Kevin.
Hi Everybody!!!!!!!!!

I am grateful for getting to use my current ex-boyfriends car this week. It has air conditioning. It is also a hybrid so it is easy on the gas.
Grateful also that I found a really cool t-shirt at the thrift store yesterday.
Grateful that I got just about everything I need to send the girls off to camp next Saturday.
Grateful to all the people who helped finance the $900 a week camp bill.
Thanks to Mike, Matt, and Patty for that.
Grateful that I have a job so I could at least contribute half.
Grateful that the camp is in Santa Cruz because that is mine and the girls most favorite spot in the world. (so far)
Lots of other stuff to be grateful for too.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday. Except Kevin. Hope your Monday is great.

Somehow I think that would be just fine, Kevin!

Very grateful today that I really spent some quality time talking to some other women one-on-one at the campout. That is new for me. Believe it or not, I don't talk much to people. It's something I'm working on, though, and I did well this weekend.

And I'm just grateful in general that I picked my a$$ up and went to the campout, especially since my significant other opted not to attend. It was good to get out of town, go swimming, lie in the real sun, and hang out with folks. Had to take a nap this afternoon to recuperate, but that's OK.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

I am grateful that I got up early this morning and went to the gym to work out. I was supposed to go yesterday afternoon, but took a nap instead. Bad Eddie. I need to do better in the exercise department, especially on Sunday afternoons.

I am grateful for my dahlias doing so well. One or two of them are already budding! I can't wait to start cutting them. I'll probably even take some to work just to show off. teehee.

Love and hugs,
Eddie
