Hey, all!! Sorry I've been AWOL again. I was on call over the weekend and now is the first chance I've had in days to post.

I'm grateful this morning that one of my Metabolic Effect instructors, Sara, complimented me on my weight loss and how good I look these days!! I weighed in today and I've now lost 34 pounds!!

I'm also grateful I was able last night to help a friend whose 18 year-old kitty is sick. You know my Patsy was 18 when we had her put to sleep last year, so I could really identify.

Now I need to go log my weight on the South Beach Diet Online. Whoo-hoo!!

I got mugged yesterday! Right outside my house. I have a lot of injuries and am in pain but I am grateful for two different things.
1. He didn't kill me.
2. My girls were not here to witness the event or what their mom looked like afterward.
