Thank you God for weeks when we return to a normal schedule, but there are always new and exciting challenges and adventures to look forward to. It is hard for me at times to think about the past, when my focus was so centered on drinking and I didn't give much thought to anything else in life. Thank you God for this miracle.

Life is a miracle and every breath we take
is a gift from God.

Thank You, God, for a lovely day as we took a
drive to several nurseries, enjoying the sunshine,
cool tempts and oodles of lovely flowers everywheres.

We thank You for the gift of a family member who
does our taxes for us. A nice drive to drop off our
forms and later to go sign when complete. We pray,
that we won't have to pay anything, but understand
if we do and hope that it won't be too much.

A refund would definitely be a gift we would certainly
accept and be forever thankful.

The symbol of the circle and triangle is an ancient
spiritual symbol meaning mind, body and spirit,
together as one.

In A.A., this symbol represents the three parts of
our program, ( recovery, unity, service ) which are
the solutions to the 3-part disease of alcoholism.

Thank you, God, for guiding me into recovery 30
something years ago. Never letting me forget what got
me to where I am today and for the recovery program
taught to me and one I continue to use as a guideline
to achieving continuous sobriety one day at a time.

For that and faith in You, I am truly grateful.

Thank you God for this day to do some light chores in the morning, then spend the afternoon getting reacquainted and relaxing with my wife and dog, we've been apart all weekend, me working overnights, her watching our grandchildren. Thank you God that we can "divide and conquer".
