Alpine, 55 meals! Wow, that is amazing! I used to prepare easy meals to freeze and throw in crockpot. I want to do that again
CBS, thank you. I hope you feel better too
Hev, sorry about your insomnia and anyone else who suffers from it too. I did sleep a lot better last night which I’m so grateful for. I need to stick to a healthy bedtime routine. I did yoga and meditation before winding down. It helped
Least and Aly, thinking of you both as you deal with the back pain.
So true about practicing gratitude

Grateful that my next door neighbor did a small errand for me this morning. Grateful for kindness.

Thank you all! s
Grateful for more rain last night. I sure hope we get more rain this week.
Grateful I finished the laundry and now I'm tired. The overcast day and getting up early.
I have to go to my pain management clinic this week and check in before the ablation next week.
So grateful Least is finally getting some much needed help.
Love and peace to all of you. Have a wonderful day.

Turs and Aly glad you are getting your needed rain.
Least glad that Billie has such good instincts about your needs.
Fearless I am Celiac and eat GF too. Did we already discuss that?
Alpine 55 meals. That is downright love right there.
PS it is great that you have election day off. I think we will next year.

Grateful that my Covid, Flu and Strep tests were negative. I guess it's just a nasty cold. Sore throat, fever and runny nose. Only had a fever one night.
Grateful for my sobriety.
Grateful my daughter and her boyfriend came over to help my husband make venison sausage today with the deer my husband harvested.
Grateful that I watched a movie last night with my husband on Amazon "Language Lessons". It was very good.

I've always been a people pleaser too. It's cost me, especially in my younger years. It's a difficult habit to break - but we're trying.
Grateful for another sunny day & beautiful colors.
Grateful to be seeing a new dr. tomorrow. Tired of changing dr's with every move - I'll be sticking with this one, since we don't plan on moving again.
Grateful I finally faced the music & weighed myself. Um - scale must have been damaged during the move.
Grateful for all your posts, & to be a small part of your lives.

Grateful for coffee (sometimes I type that out of habit, but very grateful at the moment!)
Grateful to remind myself all day yesterday that it was only one day - no need to try to pack in a ton of errands and projects, only to wear myself out completely.
Grateful my kids are so helpful and compassionate about our dogs, especially my younger son.
Grateful I only need to go into the office briefly this morning.
Grateful our big project will (hopefully) be posted online this morning - finally!
Grateful to be thinking ahead about Thanksgiving, it always sneaks up on me.
Grateful I'm continuing to become more resilient as a person, VERY slowly.
Grateful for all of you - as NL would say, "friends in the computer."
Grateful new people continue to join this awesome thread.
Grateful for my comfortable bed.
Extremely grateful to be sober.

Alpine, dang! That is incredible. Also, how big is your freezer?!
Jackim, welcome. I hope you stay!
PS, I’m thinking Daisy may have been the originator of friends in the computer. Maybe? Glad you may get the project launched and feel some relief today.
Grateful least has her appointment on the books.
Grateful Aly has her ablation coming up too.
Grateful for the Peanuts’ Thanksgiving avis in our midst.
Grateful for my daughter walking around the other night just singing a made up song. The only lyrics were: “fancy pens”. Which I wholeheartedly agree deserve a tribute.
Grateful I’m not the only one with a broken scale, Hev
Grateful to be thinking about people pleasing. On the one hand I feel like I’m making progress because I’m acknowledging that a lot of my feelings about other peoples’ behavior and choices may be valid—but I still have a hard time directly addressing it. And I do like to get the emotional gold star for various things so … basically I’m not sure where I am on it.
Grateful for Advil.
Grateful for all of you.

I have always been a people pleaser too.
Grateful for another sober day/night
Grateful for a warm house
Grateful I have a blood test early this morning then have the rest of the day to continue to pack/organize before the big move
Grateful I am brining lunch over to my 97 year old neighbor today
Grateful for all of you

I think least came up with friends in the computer? Lol. Regardless of its origin, I’m grateful for it!
Grateful for least and Aly’s always uplifting attitude of gratitude no matter what’s going on, and in the face of pain
CBS, yes, I remember talking about GF and celiac. I’m not celiac but I tend to feel better with mostly GF diet
Welcome Jack
Palmer, congrats on the project being posted!
Grateful that even though I only slept six hours, it was uninterrupted and it’s better than four
Grateful my boss told me about a book I just ordered on Amazon: The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F***
Grateful for one short meeting today. Tomorrow and Friday will have more so I’ll be glad when the weekend gets here
Grateful to make yum GF and DF chocolate chip cookies with no processed sugar. Made homemade fig/date paste and used as a substitute. I know, weird right? It worked though!
