Thank You God Part 28
Thank You God Part 28
SR is a special place to continue our recovery journey's
each day we remain sober. It's a place we can share, vent,
ask for helpful directions, suggestions, prayers, support,
understanding and fellowship.
Thank you too Dear Lord for a full day of blessings, protecting
my husband and I went out and about on the road and getting
us home safely.
Thank you for our continued sobriety one day at a time
and all your blessings bestowed upon us. Amen.

Thank you Dee for the new TYG thread!
Thank you God for the blessings that each day brings. Thank you God for the opportunities I always have come my way for work.
Thank you God for the text I got this morning from a friend up north inviting me to see his home when I come up to fish with him next weekend.

Thank You God for allowing me to remain teachable
and to continue believing that without alcohol, the world
is a beautiful place and my garden of paradise, like my
recovery, is a work in progress, continuing to grow and
mature into a lovely place to live, love and be happy.

Thank you God, Dear Lord, for my continued sobriety
and a recovery program used as a guideline to help me
maintain it. For progress and not perfection. To be the
best person I can be in in all areas of my life with Your
help, protection and love. Amen.

6 straight hours of very rigorous work yesterday, thank you again God for holding this aging body together, and for the kindness of the family I was doing the work for.

Thank you God for the start of a new work week, the continuation of a glorious life, and the warm feelings left after a weekend spent with friends and family.
It's true Dear Lord that with all the help, suggestions that
has and is still being passed along to me would never have
helped me until I was absolutely ready to help myself.
With Your Grace I remain teachable ever step of the way.
Thank You Dear Lord. Amen.

When I remain connected to my recovery program on
a daily bases, then I remain openminded to what all it
has to teach me and offer me.
In order to share my gift with others, I have to have
the gift of sobriety myself.
Thank You Dear Lord for this wonderful gift.
