Grateful for boondocks gratitude
Grateful least is recovering. Least somewhere I missed that you had pneumonia. Yikes. I’ve been off bedtime thread. So tired at night. Sonny boy is keeping me busy!
Grateful Aly gets to go to the library. Maybe I’ll ask Mr F to take sonny boy. Haven’t been there since March 2020
Palmer, I like the use of rabbit hole to describe the internet. Of course, Amazon too 😜
Grateful to harvest some kale, basil, rosemary from the garden
Grateful to meet a new client and the team
Grateful another client sent me a really sweet email. Somehow we ended up talking about our dads in the midst of work stuff. Nice to be able to show a little bit of vulnerability in the work setting, something I think the pandemic brought out. We are all human, even when being work robots
Grateful for my beloved cogs both hogging Mr F at the moment. He is the cat whisperer
Grateful to be getting paint estimates for the house
Grateful sonny boy is going to a friends today
Grateful I am seeing my friend who just got back from HI

Grateful for my blessings and another trip to the library for my mom later. She reads so much and so quickly! When I get my new glasses back i am going to pick up reading again.

Fearless, cool garden!

Aly, hope the treatment works to dispel your headaches.

This morning I'm grateful for the meds my doctor prescribed for me cause they are really doing the job.

Anyone trying to lose weight, please send those pounds to me. I've lost weight since I've been sick, and I can't afford to lose weight, I'm already skinny enough.

I had a feeling you were skinny! Least, how are you feeling (btw, I wish I could send you some extra pounds!)? I hope you are feeling much better. Rest, rest, rest. Even if you start feeling better, you don't want a relapse. Take good care of yourself! No big walks yet. You'll have plenty of time and Billie, the nurse dog, will understand. You need all your strength going toward getting better.
Take good care of yourself and I'm so glad you went to the doctor. I didn't realize you were that sick. Sometimes these things start slowly and bam! it hits you all at once. I think pneumonia can be kind of sneaky. 💗
Grateful for Hev's and Boondock's posts, for all the posts.
Love and peace. ☮🧡💛💚💙💜💗

Feeling better than when I woke up today. Was feeling a little anxious and some stomach distress, but ate some yogurt and took my meds and the steroid makes me feel better. Was going to take a nap but might just take Billie for a little walk since it's only 74 F today so not too hot to walk.

Sometimes the antibiotics can mess with your stomach, Least. Be sure and eat (not being bossy) your yogurt a few hours away from taking the antibiotics. The probiotics in yogurt mess with the antibiotics, although it's great to get the probiotics from yogurt in your system to help with a lot of things the antibiotics clear out.
The oral steroids usually increase your appetite (I won't even take them anymore!) because they made me so hungry. Hopefully that will help you gain back the weight you lost.
Wishing you well. I just hate thinking of you sick!
Love and well wishes.

Grateful least is feeling a little better.
CBS, good luck with your flight - we'll be with you in spirit.
Grateful for Fearless' garden pics.
Grateful for the towhee that is gathering nesting materials in my yard... can't wait to see where the nest goes.
Grateful to realize that this weekend I need quiet, rather than the distraction of travel, and grateful I was able to say 'no thank you' to invites.
Grateful for my home.

Grateful CBS will be reunited with all of her children.
Grateful for Fearless’ creative attempts to keep her son from boredom. And for her beautiful garden.
Grateful least is on the mend and willing to accept excess pounds. Need to figure out transport method…
Grateful Tursiops had a dumpling breakfast (so jealous!) and that she set a health boundary for her weekend.
Grateful we pick up my son from camp tomorrow.
Grateful I’ve finally found a therapist who works for me and to feel like I’m getting stronger in terms of standing up for myself.
Grateful work is always there when I can’t sleep at night.
Grateful for technology. yesterday went on a walk and got CLE credit while listening to a recorded course on my phone. We are lucky to live in the modern age.
Grateful for all of you.

Fearless, I love those photos! So inspiring.
CBS, so happy you have plans to see all of your kids, finally!
Boondocks, absolutely love your enthusiasm.
Aly, I love the idea of your mom blowing through books! When I first got sober, that was my activity during peak drinking time. I looked up all the NYT bestseller lists from past years and checked out a thousand ebooks!

Grateful for coffee.
Grateful my older son just offered to unload the dishwasher. That has never happened.
Grateful I have a pretty low-key day to catch up on some stuff.
Grateful to recognize that I probably need some time out of the house.
Grateful to keep finding new, little behaviors that are preventing me from sustainable weight loss.
Grateful to have a spa vacation planned.
Grateful for a long weekend.
Grateful to be able to address conflicts calmly and seek resolution when I can.
Grateful that I don't have the misery and desperation that comes with drinking.
Grateful to be sober.

Hev, LOL- no ripe tomatoes yet here on our vines. They are coming though
Palmer, I’m happy if my son brings his dishes all the way over to the sink.
Numblady, so glad you found a good therapist and making time for a spa trip. You are taking care of you!
Grateful for Amazon e-gift cards and to send one to a special friend
Grateful I have a virtual doctors appt this morning. I’m having some persistent concerning symptoms and will probably get some blood work done.
Grateful the symptoms while uncomfortable, aren’t keeping me from life
Grateful for Costco. I am making a trip today
Grateful I didn’t impulsively click add to cart when a cute beachie dress showed up randomly in my Amazon feed. I may be thinking about it through the day and click later though. Cant pass up a good deal on a cute dress 😊
Grateful for weekend plans with two sets of family friends. Been a while since we got this crazy 😜
Grateful for all of you

Aly, I eat the yogurt to prevent the antibiotic-induced diarrhea I so often get when taking antibiotics.

Grateful for a nice cool sunny day. Good day for dog walks.

Hope you're feeling better Least. Prayers continue. The yogurt and probiotics are great for that. I often get sick from certain antibiotics, but they are necessary!
Grateful this morning for the nice breeze coming through my window. It's been a while.
Fearless, best of luck with your test! Thinking of you. I hope your facial was nice.
Love and peace to all. ☮🧡💛💚💙💜💗
