Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for a beautiful, sunny morning.
Grateful for a few minutes of quiet and solitude.
Grateful for my pretty bedroom.
Grateful to be caught up on dishes and laundry.
Grateful for telework.
Grateful to be contemplating a return to regular exercise.
Grateful my younger son had a good time with friends yesterday.
Grateful to be sober.

Grateful to be stopping in before my busy day.
PalmerSage - Contemplation is good. However, I've been contemplating returning to exercise for 2 yrs.

Good morning all! I haven’t been able to make it the last few days because I was at my friends in NV and kept forgetting to ask about wifi. I could have checked in on my phone but my friend planned a weekend packed full of activities. Grateful for my friend and her husbands hospitality. Grateful to see Circque du soleil. Grateful for a beautiful hike one day and a mountain bike ride the next. Grateful for an amazing pedicure.
Grateful to be ho e - missed my boys
Grateful even though Mr F and sonny boy had a bad argument when I was gone, they worked it out on their own and I think they both learned from it.
Grateful I didn’t bring my laptop on this trip
Grateful for the belated birthday gifts from my friend. She is so thoughtful
Grateful for the stain proof pad under the carpet as Mr F just tripped on the stairs and spilled a whole cup of coffee
Grateful to be back and for all of you

Grateful for coffee.
Grateful I was able to walk 2 miles yesterday (it's a start, but man was it HOT!)
Grateful for the stunning views from my top-floor window.
Grateful my older son gets up to swim early every morning without complaint.
Grateful his coach is encouraging him to join the HS team.
Grateful my younger son has some cool stuff coming up too.
Grateful to have the chance to go into the office today.
Grateful I don't "have to."
Grateful to have access to a consultant - it's great to have a good one.
Grateful my new/old employee is able to tell people that she is leaving.
Grateful to be reminded that I need to stay in my own lane.
Grateful to be sober.

Grateful for all of you and to see Deserto pop in.
Grateful I should be closing on a refinance of our rental house tomorrow. And to be getting cash out! May not be the wisest long term strategy but we do have a lot of equity and not a lot of cash so — yay!
Grateful for my job and the fact that it’s challenging but doesn’t put the weight of the world on my shoulders.
Grateful for all your kind words about the health scare.
Grateful Palmer’s plan to get her star employee back are panning out.
Grateful it’s a bit cooler and we got a bit of rain. I mean, a bit. But hey, I’ll take it!
Grateful I have a day with no meetings. incredible.
Grateful for this safe place.
