Grateful for restful sleep.
Grateful my brother is going to come help me with a practical chore tomorrow.
Grateful for not travelling this weekend, and time to attend to lots of things around here, first and foremost self-care.
Grateful to read all your updates.

Once again grateful for Pillsbury cinnamon buns......so good
Grateful for radar because it's nice to know ahead of time that a hurricane is coming...Imagine back in the old days they had no clue one was coming until it was right on top of them.

I'm also into the idea of this weight loss transfer. Is someone keeping a list?
Fearless, my sons are the same way about dishes, which is why it shocked me to my core. He must have been REALLY bored.
NL, so glad you're getting your son from camp. It's so nice when they go away because we finally have a chance to miss them!

Grateful for coffee, super strong, yikes!
Grateful we have a club membership through my husband's work. He took the boys swimming last night, I need to go (they have a spa with sauna and steam room, two of my favorite things ever).
Grateful I was able to relax in my Jacuzzi tub (not as 90s as it sounds, lol) and spend some time ALONE.
Grateful to live here.
Grateful that I finally went grocery shopping yesterday, after so much procrastination! Now I have to do something with the ingredients...
Grateful that although I'm not really losing weight, I'm not really gaining any either.
Grateful the heat is less oppressive today.
Grateful to say my piece in a work conflict and keep it moving forward.
Grateful that I finally have a partner at work, who I trust and adore.
Grateful that our teenagers still like to spend time with us, kind of, sometimes.
SO grateful to be sober.

Numblady, enjoy picking up your son from camp
Grateful all my labs came back normal 😊 My doctor is going to refer me to a GI specialist and nutritionist. They are probably going to tell me it’s adhesions related to abdominal and csection surgical scarring affecting digestion, ant diet/lifestyle related. This is isn't my first rodeo. I’ll be glad if that’s all it is. A good reminder to myself about the foods I need to avoid and foods I need to eat more of. Got a little crazy last weekend with my friend. While no alcohol, ate out more and not very healthy. Interesting how the combination of aging, menopause with the wrong food choices can set me back a whole week😜
Grateful to sit around the fire pit last night with my boys
Grateful sonny boys room is all done. Mr F helped him put cool strip lights up bordering the ceiling. He has them on bright flashing and rotating color setting. From the outside of the house looking up at his room, it looks like we are a Las Vegas club. Lol
Grateful to have friends coming for dinner tonight and tomorrow night
Grateful Mr F and sonny boy gave me high fives for my progress on my German in Duolingo. They are both light years ahead of me.
Grateful to be getting out for a run soon

CBS, grateful you're staying strong in the midst of drinking in-laws.
I have some extra weight to donate to the weight transfer project, PM me.
Grateful to be tackling a difficult thing ... preparing to let go of our sailboat, which I can't manage on my own. Going to get something smaller, a paddleboard or kayak or dinghy.
Grateful to be of service to my kids, helping my daughter in law with grandbaby while my son gets a much-needed vacation.
Grateful for healing tears.

CBS - Grateful you had a lovely farewell for your mil.
Fearless - Good to hear your labs were normal.
Boondock - At least they downgraded Elsa to a tropical storm, I think?
Grateful that with our extra weight - least will be all set - or maybe she'll need to go on a diet.
Grateful for all of you - your wit & humor, your intelligence & determination.

I only need about 10 to 15 lbs to be a more normal weight so all donations gratefully accepted.

Like Mags, grateful for the humor in the thread.
Fearless, my son's desk is a Las Vegas club and my other son's room is a Christmas light extravaganza, year-round. I'm so picky about decorating, but those are their spaces.

Grateful for coffee.
Grateful I got a bunch of chores done yesterday, but also rested.
Grateful the weather has cooled down quite a bit.
Grateful we have plans to see my extended family today.
Grateful to have a little vacation planned, in a hotel with ocean views (I LOVE the water).
Grateful for my good dogs.
Grateful for a long holiday weekend.
Grateful my husband has been taking the boys on excursions, it's good for all of them.
Grateful they spent time with my MIL yesterday.
Grateful our family all lives pretty close by.
Grateful to be sober.

Grateful we retrieved my son—tan, dirty, and I swear taller. It’s expensive but love that it is getting him interested in things like pickle ball and re-interested in magic the gathering (instead of video games). He even did a survival night where he and two buddies had to build a shelter out of a tarp. Apparently they slept on the ground, encountered a tarantula, and survived.
Grateful to try and appreciate the immense privilege a camp like this represents.
Grateful Fearless is getting health issues addressed and is so in touch with dietary needs.
Grateful that the jerk wads who were lighting off fireworks finally stopped. At 2:15 a.m.! Ugh.
Grateful for this group—its humor and support.

Least, I am sending you a couple lbs. Also sending positive healing vibes
Turps, I can’t imagine how difficult that would be to give up a sailboat after Mr T’s passing, and what you have to go through to do that.
Palmer, I’m so particular about decorating also. With my son’s room newly decorated, it looks great right now and even the lights are cool as long as he does t have them on neon setting. But I’m giving it a day and it will probably all look like a tornado hit it again. I learned to just keep the door closed so I don’t have to look inside. Lol
Numblady, sounds like an awesome camp helping your son find new interests and more independence
Grateful for a nice dinner with friends last night. Grateful the friend who brought dessert is GF because of celiac disease and brought a healthy dish.
Grateful it wasn’t too windy to enjoy time on the patio. Grateful Mr F has agreed we can get a wood gazebo next year. The umbrella’s, even the sturdier ones, can’t withstand the wind here
Grateful for an ongoing daily drawing challenge with sonny boy. Working on still life’s. He is so good. We laugh a lot at mine
Grateful to be going for a hike
Grateful for more friends coming to dinner tonight. Doing a Korean bbq. I’m doing a tofu alternative for two of us who are red meat free
Grateful for the 4th of July. Grateful to remember my Granddad who died six years ago on 7/3. I was very close to him and everyone in the family knew it. But I found out about his death on FB on July 4th. That was weird. I’m from a weird family, what can I say
