Grateful for coffee!
Grateful that my drinking dream from last night was ONLY a dream.
Grateful to be sober, even as thoughts of drinking seem to pop up much more often than usual.
Grateful for the relationships I've developed with my current colleagues.
Grateful to be of service to the people who need my help.
Grateful that I can do my part to make my niece's birthday happy.
Grateful to SR, and everyone on this thread!

Grateful for getting confirmation regarding the doctor I saw yesterday. He is supposedly sober 6 years after being an opiate addict and got kicked out of a very prestigious ortho group in this area, that I am going to. He looked and acted like he'd been on a bender the night before. I cancelled my next appt with him and I won't see him anymore.
Grateful I'm going to the group he got kicked out of. I'm very happy with my doctor there. He's so together and smart. I feel very lucky to have a relationship with this doctor. He's very good.
Grateful I found a place on line for TP. I don't know where it's coming from, I just hope it comes. I put an order in, so we'll see.
Grateful for all of you so very much. So sweet to see all of you here. Helps with this isolation. Love, health and peace to all my wonderful friends here.
Fearless, I'm taking the news in just little bits at a time. It upsets me too. I'm sorry about your dream and taking a break from all the negativity on the news sounds like a good idea. ♥♥♥
All my love.

Grateful for having more free time now in which to explore the convoluted corridors of my cranium and knowing that when I do, help is on the way. :~)

Aly, sorry about your doctor but grateful there’s another option. So many people are struggling now and I think this may be a relapse time for some. I have compassion for that doctor but he should not be treating people if that is the case and you deserve a good doctor
Courage, I am also sometimes glad I am locked down with people who can still be far away on another level in the house 🤣
Hev, I ate half a bag of salt and vinegar chips yesterday! I’m back on the wagon today!
Numblady and Palmer Sage, these crazy dreams we are all having!
Rusty, I have no problem going fast on my new blades. I need help using the brake to stop 😊
Grateful to be busy at work and grateful Mr F and sonny boy are also busy
Grateful for beautiful weather and to be surrounded by open space

Grateful to wake up sober. Grateful for a productive walk with Billie just now. Grateful that when I wake up, Billie's sweet face is the first thing I see.

Mags - I agree - we'd be feeling a bit desperate without internet.
Aly - It wouldn't work to go to someone you don't trust or have faith in. I'm glad you didn't settle for that.
Grateful that spring continues to proceed with it's good cheer & optimism - despite what we're going through.
Grateful I opted for silence today rather than the news droning on & on. Will stay informed - just not 24/7.
Grateful for a quick trip to the grocery store - wore latex gloves. Most people were respecting the distancing thing.
Grateful I gave myself a talking to & didn't lose my temper today. This is no time to be petty.
Love you, my friends.

Grateful for clear blue skies this morning.

Grateful that even though I went to bed close to 4am (drank coffee a little late), I still woke up rested and rearing to go.

Grateful for you guys.

Grateful for sobriety and for grace.

I'm aspiring to this.

Grateful to know that it is possible and that you're doing it, Mags. No more excuses for me, then.

Grateful that catching up with the posts from yesterday has left me feeling warm and fuzzy inside. You guys are the best.

Grateful for the work I do daily to keep up with my recovery and healing process. Grateful it's becoming a way of life now.

Grateful for sobriety and for grace.

ButterMarsh - We're glad you're here.
FBL - Happy that you scored some paper products!
Grateful I got up before the sun & spied on a variety of birds before they realized I was at the window.
Grateful I finally fell asleep after lying there stewing about stuff.
Grateful to see the world rallying to put up a fight against the virus. It's bringing out the best in (most of) us.
Grateful to be here early - good morning everyone.

Grateful to feel healthy.
Grateful I was able to go back to sleep last night after my son woke me up at 3:45 a.m. to go downstairs with him to get water (he gets scared).
Grateful that I was forced to occupy my son for an hour while my daughter did virtual therapy and it ended up being a nice trip involving multiple attempts to score some Starbucks, and grateful that he asked if we could do it again today.
Grateful that when my daughter was really pushing my buttons yesterday I took a cue from therapy and just decided I was leaving the situation to do something that made ME feel better, which was taking a walk. My daughter opted to come, and the whining sort of continued, but it was a good reset.
Grateful for clean bed linens.
Grateful for how thrilling a trip to Target seems these days.
Grateful for this group

Surprisingly grateful that our email went down yesterday.
Grateful to have laughed until I cried at some really absurd and hilarious stuff lately.
Grateful that my dreams were a little less crazy last night.
Grateful that I was motivated to clean yesterday, finally!
Grateful for technology to stay in touch with family and friends.
Grateful that everyone I know has remained healthy so far.
Grateful that we can go to the grocery store, and for the people who continue to work there.
Grateful for my husband.
SO grateful to be sober, and for all of you on this thread.

Grateful to get here today, we have a very temperamental Internet connection at the min.
Grateful my husband went out for fresh milk this morning.
Grateful g.son's home schooling is all done for today.
Grateful I purchased Netflix last night after much umming and arrghing.
Grateful, so very, very grateful to receive through the post the most beautiful postcard with a picture of my daughter's 2 children on it ( my no 1 & 2 g.children). The postcard said how much they missed us and once all this is over we will have a big family get together. It made me cry/made me smile. They also sent my mum (their great grandmother) one which made her day.
Grateful to feel well.
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful Aly saw the red flags when she went to see 'that ' doctor. You will find the right one Aly.
Grateful for the grats.
Grateful for each and everyone of you. x
