FBL - Sharing your concern - bless your mom. Good that she has an upbeat attitude, because as "they" tell us - it's important for our overall health.
PalmerSage - Yes, very grateful for our guardian angel Dee - don't know how he does it.
Sunpengwn - 34 yrs. - miraculous.
Aly - Good job on getting laundry done - keeping ourselves distracted is helpful. It's a temptation to sit & stew about this mess.
Grateful I can walk outside without encountering any other humans - sad, but necessary right now.
Grateful I got my mindless munching under control - well, mostly.
Grateful for the wonderful community here, & thankful we don't have to be denied our daily meet up.

Grateful to the Grat Pack -- regulars, new voices, newly sober, those with time under their belts.

FBL, thinking of your mom. Can’t blame you for the concern.
Sunpengwn, wow! 34 years and counting. Amazing!

Grateful to have made some leeks from the garden last night.
Grateful to my daughter for designing me my own tiny house in a sweet little series of drawings she made, with details even down to the hard copy book I was last reading (I read almost everything on my ipad).
Grateful for perspective.
Grateful it will be sunny today before it rains for the next SEVEN. Good for the earth; not great for parents of young children in a time of isolation!
Grateful we have what we need.
Grateful for all of you..

Grateful for coffee, and to be in bed instead of commuting.
Grateful to be able to sleep in until 7 on a work day.
Grateful for the leaders in my current job, who showed me so much kindness and understanding when I gave my notice yesterday.
Grateful to have a new opportunity, even in such crazy times when everything seems uncertain.
Grateful to be sober and therefore able to "pause" some of my quick reactions until I can be more thoughtful and diplomatic.
Grateful that my family remains safe and healthy.
SO grateful to SR, and all of you!

Grateful to get a doctor's appt over with this morning about the back thing. No flu symptoms, which we are very, very grateful for.
Grateful to wake up to your wonderful, uplifting posts.
Grateful to try to distract myself from the anxiety.
Grateful for all of you showing up here and lifting each other up.
Love, health and peace to all our Grat Packers! ♥♥♥

Hev, I Hope I’ve got my munchies under control too!
Where is least? Hope her and Billie and Lily and Frannie are well
FBL, glad your mom is ok. My Dad’s place is in total lockdown too. He is surprisingly upbeat and finding lots of movies and things to do in his apartment. He is still so excited about the grocery delivery working out. The delivery people and medical people are the only ones they are allowing into the facility and they are all being screened at the front office, no contact with residents except for medical personnel as necessary
Sunpeng, 34 years is so awesome. Congrats!
Palmer Sage, that’s great you have a new work opportunity. I have also being sleeping in
Grateful my dream was just that. Woke up at 1 am after dreaming I was coughing and couldn’t breath and surrounded by people in a hospital who couldn’t help me. So many were struggling for breath and people were collapsing in front of me. When I woke up, I guess I was still only in a half wake state and ended up having a mini panic attack thinking I was having trouble breathing because I had this virus. It was scary. Grateful to break away from the news today which I know I’ve been obsessed with and it is clearly affecting me.
Grateful to plan to go out and use my new rollerblades today
Grateful that I still have my job and though it has slowed, I feel fairly secure in my position at least for now. Grateful to remember experiences with past recessions, and challenges and that we all got through it. This will pass.

Congratulations, Penguin -- sorry I missed it yesterday.

Grateful to hear from people far and near.

Everyone is far these days. Except those one is locked-down with.

Grateful that the one I'm locked-down with manages to seem far away, sometimes.

Grateful that I can stop in, even though it's late. Love to all.
Zip - I remember when I thought sensible meant boring. Actually, it's kind of exciting.
Courage - MrHev is mostly downstairs & I'm upstairs. We do take coffee breaks together - and dinner.
Fearless - Snacking is not under control after all. Ate1/2 a bag of barbecue potato chips & some trail mix without even thinking.
Aly - I'm glad you made it to the doc. Hope it helps.
Grateful to get here in time to say goodnight, & I'll see you all tomorrow.

Grateful for sobriety
Grateful for Internet. I keep saying that but every day, I am. I’d go crazy whilst shielding for at least 3 months without it
Grateful for having patience 99% of the time!
Grateful for all of you!

Fearless, what an intense dream! I had a dream I was breaking social distancing rules and taking my kid for dance class and play dates.
Hope Rose’s Internet gets to working.
Hope all the Grat Packers everywhere are doing as well as possible.

Grateful for the reminder this too shall pass.
Grateful I’m sober so when the boss wants to do a call at 9:45 p.m. I don’t have to like it but I don’t have to worry I’ll be slurring my words or unable to do what is needed when asked.
Grateful to be getting a deadline over with today even though it’s going to lead to more work. Grateful my cortisol and everything else is sufficiently tapped out I can’t freak. I also couldn’t seem to feel the intense panic and wanting to make it perfect I’ve felt before.
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for a new day and for safety and comparative stability in these times.
Grateful the weather yesterday was beautiful.
Grateful for all of you.
