Grateful to be sober.

Grateful to be over "hump" day (Wednesday).

Grateful my friends M. and C. and their Baby B. are thinking they will stay here rather than return to Albuquerque. They have a place here and when they were coming up three weeks ago I told them to consider coming up for the duration. They'll be here at least through May. Good hiking buddies to have around (if six feet away).

Grateful our local AA meetings have moved fully to Zoom.

Grateful for good health.

Congrats Rusty!!
Grateful to see people trying to live as well and as normally as they can.
Grateful for these posts that the people who post them.
Buttermarsh, so glad to have you here!!
Daisy, so glad when your internet is working. Love to you.
Grateful to take Luke to the vet for his annual shots, etc. You drive up, call the office, someone comes out to get the dog and do their thing. The vet calls you on your cell and tells you what she thinks, I guess. I haven't done drive up veterinarian care before. Grateful Luke can still get his shots and be safe if he runs into another dog!!!
Grateful the sun is out, although a bit chilly. It will likely warm up later. It's nice to see the sun.
Grateful for all of you so much. ♥♥♥

Numblady - Congrats on that all-important reset. They can happen if we will only let them.
Daisy - What an uplifting postcard to get.
Enjoy your home school Easter holidays! What a time this is.....
Deserto - How lovely to have your hiking buddies decide to stay.
Aly - Luke's a lucky boy to have a great mama looking out for him. Hurray for the TP!
FBL - Is it weird that I almost forget it's Easter time until I see your avie? Thanks for that.
Zip - You're our superstar.
Grateful to finally be cleaning out closets & drawers whilst listening to music. Long overdue.
Grateful the snow (yes, snow) stopped - with no accumulation.
Grateful for less finger pointing and more cooperation.
Grateful for our SR family - the shared laughs & wisdom.
It's going to be ok eventually. I pray something good comes of what we're going through.

So grateful for this thread and all of you, our family in the computer as least says
Buttermarsh, glad sobriety is becoming a way of life for you, even in this crazy time
Daisy, how awesome you got that postcard from your family
RZ, glad you got to give a Zoom meeting and be on Jam TV. How cool!
Grateful to watch a talk tv show about how alcoholics are surviving during the pandemic and sober tools to help us. Interesting that it was mentioned that those who don’t identify with having an alcohol problem are likely drinking more during this time and should pay close attention to patterns so that it doesn’t continue and progress once this is over. So grateful I am sober during this time.
Grateful work has slowed down. I was too busy before this. Now I am reasonably busy and have a little extra time for self care and family.
Grateful this crisis is affecting my job in lots of new ways. Grateful to be learning, using new resources and collaborating with many people through this
Grateful for the internet and technology
Grateful to come up with a schedule and routine for sonny boy. He’s done with school by 10:30 am and that is not good. He needs to be more challenged and enriched and not play video games all day. With the help of his teacher persuading him of the importance, we are starting a mediation routine first thing in the morning, an extra passion project after lunch, and a walk or hike early evening. We’ll see how this goes.
Grateful for each one of you

Wow Rusty, well done, I feel like I'm brushing shoulders with the rich and famous now. xx

Grateful to wake up sober, no hangover, no all consuming feelings of guilt.
Grateful to be well and grateful my family are well too.
Grateful that my brother is on his way home from Thailand, I've been up half the night checking departures and arrivals and from what I've read, he should be landing in Manchester around 3 this afternoon. It's been a worrying time for him and for us.
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for the entertainment my little cat gives me, though I wasn't so Grateful for the little mouse she left on my doorstep this morn.
Grateful Aly got her t.p at last.
Grateful the snow has stopped for Hevyn. Yucky cold, wet stuff.
Grateful to read Fearless's uplifting post.
Grateful to see you all here.
Grateful for each and every one of you. xxx

Love always, stay safe and don't forget to wash your hands. xx

RZ, Jam TV sounds so cool! I’d like to be on Jam TV (note I have no skills; it just sounds cool).
Daisy, that is such a sweet, precious postcard you and your mom got.

Grateful my drinking dream (sadly patterned after some real life thoughts I had about drinking) was only that.
Grateful to be sober during this challenging time. Every day my husband does virtual happy hours and every day I can tell it impacts his tolerance toward others, his outlook, his treatment of his family.
Grateful for health.
Grateful to be up early to exercise even if I so far just want to sit in bed and type on the keyboard.
Grateful my daughter put herself to bed last night because I didn’t want to stay up.
Grateful to be here with you all.
