Grateful Dee can even manage to get in housekeeping matters like new threads on top of providing so much other support.
Grateful I’m not the only one with foul smelling hand sanitizer.
Grateful we grilled out last night and used the coals to make s’mores.
Grateful for all the food we are using up that has been sitting around for too long. Or putting in the compost bin if it’s so old it’s inedible.
Grateful our city has curbside composting that isn’t really composting but creates some type of beneficial bio substance. This allows us to throw in pretty much all our scraps even dairy and meat.
Grateful for beautiful weather and daily bike rides with my daughter. Today hopefully we can go as a fully family complement.
Grateful to be getting help from therapists. This has enabled me to have a concrete focus with my daughter on all she is doing that is kind. It’s almost like when I first started on the gratitude work. It’s fulfilling how much you can notice if you set your focus on it.
Grateful to have a curbside grocery pick up today. I ordered it close to two weeks ago so it’s like a surprise what’s even in it!
Grateful that when my friend came into town in early March to pick up a piece of furniture for her daughter, we got to have social interaction and after an hour of trying to make the piece of furniture fit, everyone gave up—and we got to keep it instead. Grateful I was able to fit stuff I’d been storing in the garage in it and now can make more space in the garage for the kids to have a little area.
Grateful we are here to virtually prop one another up through worry and anxiety as best we can.
Grateful for this positive kinship.
Grateful for a day to love my people even better.

Grateful for Rusty's 17 years. Wow! Congratulations!

Grateful for 70-degree weather coming on Tuesday and stretching as far as the eye can see.

Grateful for the fresh chocolate pumpkin muffins baked last night by the missus. What a treat! Deserto can't really bake and last time he tried the house nearly took fire.

Grateful for everyone who is able to get home delivery or curbside pick up of groceries. We have it here and it's the veritable social highlight of my week these days!

Hi to all!

Grateful for the new thread. Thanks, Dee.

Grateful for the chance this morning to do all the rejuvenating things I love; play with my son, yoga, soak up the sun and drink lots of hot tea.

Grateful for a long walk with the kids.

Grateful that it's sunny out.

Grateful that I'm slowly but surely identifying and letting go of bad habits.

Grateful for finally starting to truly love myself.

Grateful for sobriety and for grace.

Thank you, Dee!
Grateful the anxiety I woke with is subsiding.
Grateful I feel much better today. I skipped the vacuuming yesterday, but I'll do it today for sure and get out a bit and take Luke out for a nice walk, if it doesn't start raining again. We're ordering some more dog food. Apparently pet food is getting difficult to get.
Grateful this too shall pass.
Grateful for all of you so very much and it's so comforting to see you all post here. Stay healthy. Love and peace.♥♥♥

Thank you, Dee.

Grateful for a steady income, a relatively healthy neighborhood, my immediate family close if anyone gets sick, the rest of the family in lower-risk places, & building staff that maintain good communal hygiene.

Grateful to have sobriety as my shield.

I feel better reading everyone's good stuff. So grateful for all of you.
Deserto - Choc. Pumpkin muffins - they sound heavenly.
The arrival of the groceries - a real pulse pounder.
Aly - My neighbor couldn't find cat food today, went to 3 stores.
Grateful I resisted the temptation to buy more ice cream - it may be a pacifier, but I can't zip my jeans.
Grateful for the birds & chipmunks providing entertainment. They have no idea what the human race is going through.
Grateful to be hearing from my sis & son more often through all this.
Grateful (& surprised) that most people seem to be handling this calmly.
Grateful MrHev & I like each other's company.
Grateful for the fact that this thread continues on with hope & good cheer - regardless of all that's going on.

Grateful I woke up early even if I’m not very awake.
Grateful for sober presence of mind.
Grateful our little kitty has decided to join my daughter and I every night as i help her get ready for bed. We do a little calm-down ritual of me rubbing her feet and little kitty thinks it’s just too fun to not be in on the action.
Grateful for this book teaching me to learn to listen to my children better.
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for all of you.

Grateful I got to sleep in a little this morning. A rarity.

Grateful for chocolate, again. Clearly I'm eating too much, lol.

Grateful that I feel so strong and confident in my sobriety.

Grateful for sobriety and for grace.

Grateful that I got to speak to Mom on the phone yesterday and also grateful that she sounded very upbeat. One of the workers at her nursing home tested positive for COVID-19, so am a bit concerned to say the least.

Grateful to take life one day at a time.

Grateful for another day sober.

Super grateful for Dee, who provides so much support to all of us!
Grateful for coffee, especially on foggy, gloomy Monday mornings.
Grateful for a new job opportunity, and to have closure on a long process.
Grateful that I am able to deal with a challenge with clear-eyed sobriety.
Grateful to be sitting in bed right now instead of commuting.
Grateful that my family is still safe and healthy.
Grateful that I am using (some of) the time stuck in the house (fairly) productively,
Grateful for morning quiet.
So grateful for SR and this thread!
