Daisy sounds like a lot to deal with with your son. Hope you get support on Friends & Family or somewhere. Sounds like you are doing a wonderful job to not get dragged down into it.

Grateful for my city’s skyline.
Grateful to juggle a lot of kid stuff yesterday including an unexpected soccer practice that went until 8. Got to drive home grateful that I was no longer in a time when waiting until 8 or later to drink would be so uncomfortable.
Grateful I came home yesterday and took a nap!
Grateful we are having some beautiful weather. (Just still wish it would rain).
Grateful for all your insights and thoughts.

Grateful to be sober this morning.
Grateful that Rusty now has 16 yrs and 1 day, I am in awe. I am planning on being in that place one day.
Grateful for the 'Tiny Buddha' website, the quotes there inspire me every day.
Grateful to do the school run safely.
Grateful my granddaughter's yellow dress arriving in time for the 'passion play' dress rehearsal at school.
Grateful my mum is in good health.
Grateful I feel well.
Grateful my little cat stays close to home when she goes outside.
Grateful for good coffee.
Grateful to be here with you all. xx

Grateful the migratory birds are coming back

Hev, I have a friend who has a t-shirt that says “Hold On. Let Me Overthink This.” I overthink things too. I found a cute t-shirt online at Walmart I’m going to buy. I’d upload a picture but I am tech challenged here

Grateful my car is finally being serviced.
Grateful to be sober and hangover free this morning, as well as a bit productive.
Grateful I quit smoking about 5+ years ago.

Fearless I love that shirt your friend has. I just went and check and there are multiple versions of it on coffee mugs as well so I may have to look into that.

Grateful for that moment you’ve been trying to remember something or someone’s name and it just rushes in to your brain from some dark corner unprompted.
Grateful to get a great night of sleep before a day of long and in one instance contentious meetings.
Grateful for pedicures.
Grateful for my health and my memory.
Grateful my father is out of the hospital and improving. (He is diabetic and had to be taken by ambulance for high sugar and low blood pressure).
Grateful my son got into one middle school we applied for.
Grateful to be here with all of you.
