Grateful to read all your posts this morning
Grateful for my Snuggie and coffee
Grateful for the foot reflexology place we have here too, Numblady. In fact I think I’ll go tomorrow. I deserve it!
Grateful for my treadmill and morning workout especially when it’s too early or cold to run outside
Grateful to organize my closet yesterday and bag up a lot of stuff to donate
Grateful for friendships that support sobriety
Grateful to read all your posts this morning

Grateful to wake up hangover and guilt free.
Greatful for a restful nights sleep.
Grateful to do the school run this morning.
Grateful to take my mum grocery shopping and get mine too.
Grateful to get the shopping put away, the dishes washed and the cat's dishes and litter tray all cleaned and changed.
Grateful for 10 minutes free time to post.
Grateful to you all for being part of my journey. x

Grateful multiple people here share my love of COFEE.
Grateful Fearless knows what foot reflexology is and is going to enjoy a session.
Grateful for moments when my ego can quiet down to be open to ideas I initially want to reject.
Grateful my husband is (mostly) putting up with my parents visiting.

Grateful for a shortened work week to ease back in to the madness.

Grateful that it’s Friday and I am getting that foot reflex massage today
Grateful to finally make plans to see my dad next month. Grateful that he’s doing ok, or as good as possible with a lot of support
Grateful for Southwest wanna get away deals
Grateful my neighbor can cat/house sit for the ski trip
Grateful sunny boy starts school again next week
