Grateful for a super-comfortable chair and ottoman.
Grateful that it looks like my older child will have a better day today than he did yesterday.
Grateful for my sweet, loyal dogs that I never knew I needed.
Grateful for a sunny morning!
Grateful for a productive day yesterday, so I can ease up a bit today.
Grateful for the chance to focus on healthier eating and exercise.

Grateful for the beautiful part of this country that I live in, although there are many other beautiful parts of this country I have lived in too and am grateful for the experiences.

Grateful to wake up sober and guilt free.
Grateful to have 9 months and 1 day.
Grateful to do the school run this morning.
Grateful to have my oldest g.son at home with me as he is poorly.
Grateful to eat breakfast.
Grateful for coffee.

Grateful school starts back up today
Grateful for a warm bed and coffee
Grateful my son has a therapy appointment today
Grateful that even though things aren’t perfect, I am always more productive as a sober person

Grateful for unlimited access to clean drinking water.
Grateful for the imprint that sound leaves on silence. The hollow after chanting Om. After my children leave the house. After the sirens pass by.
Grateful that at 44 I am coming to appreciate my body more for what it does than how it looks. I spent the entirety of my teenage and most of my adult years assuming that any female, no matter what her other characteristics, was imbued with qualities of superiority simply if her thighs did not touch at the top of her legs. There are many things and places I don’t remember. But for pretty nearly every woman I have met, I can tell you if her thighs touch or not. I am happy I am moving past this and learning to genuinely like how I look (most of the time).
Grateful for this thought out of 100 small epiphanies after 1000 days sober (I could link you to it if I was more well versed): if I am worried, it means I am trying to control something.
Grateful for all the clothes I got cheaply at the thrift store. Grateful for the means to simply donate back those that do not fit so they can benefit someone else and the store gets the money twice to help charity.
Grateful to be here with you all, sober as a (sober) judge.

Grateful for a good talk with a colleague this morning. I'm happy to have the opportunity to help her, especially since she does so much for me.
Grateful for Numblady's insight that "if I'm worried, I'm trying to control something." That will continue to play through my head, I'm sure!

Grateful for an appointment at the carpet dealer this afternoon, because if I make a good choice today I will never have to go back there again. Ever. It's only for a basement, so I need to stop being so picky anyway. #serenitynow
