Grateful for yesterday's delightfully scary thunderstorm.
Grateful that the "oh no" feeling when I woke with a headache was a completely unnecessary "oh no". This is a normal person headache.
Grateful for Bloss's wonderful achievement and example.

I got drunk we stay sober
Happy Birthday Rusty!
Grateful to have learned that I celebrate birthdays as a result of my recovery from all of my physical, mental, and emotional shortcomings.
My pulse was 37, the doctor rushed me into the hospital and I got a pacemaker which has my pulse at 72 today. My blood pressure is elevated so more tests to be done.
Grateful that I have learned the next right thing as opposed to my old alcoholic thinking, and I get to share it with all of you youngsters on SR.

Grateful for 2 months sober and that less energy is spent thinking about drinking.
Grateful that I have support here to keep focused even if I think it would do a lot of good to have someone in recovery to talk to.
Grateful for Friday and my morning workout.

Morning gratitude, I love my new job so far. I woke up sober. 
Not happy about the spiders around my room that I have to clean out when I get home. Happy to have natural energy this morning. Have a great day, everyone!

Grateful that I've been sober for 8 days.
Grateful that I hosted a party last night with alcohol, but I didn't have the desire to drink any.
Grateful for my kids, who love me no matter what.
Grateful for a good job with great co-workers.

Grateful for the beautiful summer type weather we've had this past week.
Grateful I've been able to sleep in the last 2 days and catch up on some much needed rest.
Grateful for the healing power of animals & the adorable kittens we saw at the animal shelter yesterday.
