Happy Birthday, Rusty!

Grateful to my partner for taking me to yoga this morning even though he's not well

Grateful that the yoga instructor ran the class even though only two of us turned up!

Grateful that our grass seed is beginning to grow even though the pigeons have been camped there for weeks!

grateful this morning

that my daughter is home and has had a good week
the peace of the morning
to live in a place with no civil strife or war
that I can live in my house comfortably
that the trees are blossoming

Grateful for the desire to want to work toward forgiveness
Grateful to not always have to know all the answers
Grateful to let let some things just be as they are

Grateful for another day to live life in recovery with gratitude for the blessings heaped on my plate along with an attitude of love and forgiveness.

And some humility, but keep asking God for more in order to do His will.

Grateful to be alive.
Grateful my sponsor had the idea, while I'm traveling, to email her a gratitude list. Grateful for her smart idea, and grateful that there is some out out there, who wants an email of thinks I'm grateful for.
And for this forum, too. Grateful, for everyone's posts, and everyone who participates, in this wonderful community.
Grateful that posting here is one of the things helping me stay sober.

Grateful for my health.

Grateful for some alone time today to do whatever I please.

Grateful for the stirrings of clarity, awareness and an epiphany lately.

Grateful for Headlump not one but two fantastic achievements
Grateful that my 20 year old daughter has asked her dad to share a 10 day holiday in New Zealand in January with her. (Something wonderful for her dad ... my husband to look forward to )
Grateful for Saturday and just "doing stuff" including taking the "eight legs" for a walk (judging by their tails ... they were pretty grateful as well )
Grateful is Sunday lunchtime and again still no desire for a drink
