Congrats Astro! Congrats EQ!

Grateful for the wonderful relaxing hour I had getting a facial today.
Grateful my blood pressure has now stabilised with adjusted medications and is sitting slightly below average.
Grateful that I have a caring doctor.

I'm glad you didn't get hurt, eddie. My son got hit by a car a couple weeks ago on his road bike. Bike got pretty bent up, thankfully he just had a few scrapes.

Quadcopters come in many designs and sizes. I decided on a DJI Phantom because they're so user friendly and they come with a GoPro mount attached.

Grateful for hobbies that take my mind off tribulations.

Thanks, Astro! Glad your son is OK, too! I haven't ridden on the road in a while, but I put a new rear-view mirror on, so I hope to get back to it soon.

Grateful my ex says I'm the only person he can really talk to. Glad that I am a better listener than when we were married.

And grateful that people are happy and excited to see me these days. It's kind of bizarre, but definitely in a GOOD way!

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Grateful for EFT tapping. Feel really stuck and self sabotaging. Hope it helps.

Grateful for a housewarming gift of money that I put toward new bedding... such a luxury.

Grateful I am finally having my belated Christmas with my daughter and her family this weekend . Grateful they're coming to my house as I kept all the holiday decorations up for my grandson. Grateful we waited till I felt a little more like myself post accident so I could enjoy it more.

Grateful for my new Mary Jane work shoes I bought today -- super comfy "walking" shoes.
Grateful for the young lady in the Body Shop who encouraged me to change a few aspects of my simple makeup -- she was right as well as informative.
Grateful for the purple potatoes at the produce markets today.

Grateful I finally drove the hour commute home in the dark, and in rain and fog too!
Grateful for physical and mental relief and grateful time heals.

Grateful for my dog waiting for me with his head popped up in the kitchen window! He looks like a muppet puppet when he does that and it makes me laugh. I love him so much.

OK, now, I need to see a picture of this!!

Grateful I really kept my cool and my internal boundaries when my ex exploded on me today. So glad I have been working on those internal boundaries — not letting stuff get to me. It really paid off this morning.

And grateful for a good game of Scrabble and lunch out with a friend in town I hadn't seen since before the holidays. She's always good for me. I have known her since 1976, my longest friend, although she lived away for 20-some years. So glad she is back in my life these days!

Love and hugs,

Grateful today

For talking with an old, lost, close friend and planning to meet up in Miami sometime.
For hearing her say she is thankful she has me in her life even though we've lost touch for a while.

For a bed to sleep in, and for new & soft pillows!

For all of you in SR community....

.... May you love and accept yourself the way that you are in this moment.

Grateful I don't have to work this weekend.

Grateful to stretch out my whole body last night after taking a hot shower.

Grateful I didn't take any ambien last night since I don't have to wake up at 4 am for work.

Grateful my friend stopped by at work yesterday to say hello and to see how I was doing.

Grateful to feel emotions without using alcohol or any mood altering drugs. Though I'm not crazy about unpleasant emotions - which makes being human hard at times.

It's probably also what makes being human being human. ; ) Good job, u.h.!!

Grateful for a former sponsee coming back and being a "new" sponsee. I had even thought about calling this woman pretty recently as she had disappeared for a good while. I'm SO glad she came back.

And grateful there's not TOO much water in the basement.

Love and hugs,
Eddie
