Grateful for this reminder after another sleepless night. My brain is kicking my butt about getting my father's house cleaned out. Grateful to know it's not the end of the world if I don't get it done immediately.

Grateful I drove the commute to and from work even though I think part of me left my body during the ride home.
Grateful people were patient with me as I functioned under par and my recall was faulty.
Grateful my boss is looking into a transfer for me closer to home.

This reminds me I was just thinking the other day that if we didn't have "distracted driving," we'd have "dissociated driving," 'cause we'd be so bored, we'd just check out. I already do that, so talking on the Bluetooth actually keeps me present.

Grateful for new positive friends.

And grateful I impressed a friend today with my "cat whisperer" ability. She told me one of her cats would hide and not meet me, but I proved her wrong. teehee.

Grateful to close out 2013 completely sober and glad of it.

Grateful, again, that I got some sleep from sheer exhaustion. Seems to be a pattern. One night all anxiety and no sleep, next night I pass out. Grateful for what little sleep I get.

Grateful I refused all NYE invites.
Grateful to watch NYE come into Sydney on TV... it looks so pretty.

Grateful for an awesome 2013, although it started out kind of rough, and for the Burning Bowl service I just came from where I released some of the crappier things in to the fire.

And grateful for The Steps and freedom from fear and shame!!
