Good Morning and Happy Friday or Saturday 
((cc)) Heel is still healing.... I did run for the first time (in 6 days!!) this morning though. I took it slow though and only did part of what I usually do... It hurts but really I mean I just can't not excercise... lol I am an addict after all...

Grateful I can hear the head chatter but not actually listen to it today. Amusing tho it may be, if entertained for too long it can turn ugly.

Not too long ago, my cat was stretching with his paw in the air. As I walked by, I gave him a "high-5". Didn't know that cats were capable of a "WTF?" look
. He was not impressed...

Asking prayers for sponsor going through a dangerous surgery today.
This lady never complains although she is in constant pain and is always there for her sponsees..
We all love her dearly!
I am so grateful God placed her in my life to guide me in my recovery.
