I can empathize sometimes I get an uncomfortable feeling when I recall the damage I've done. But it's the past and I can't change it..
you must be really fit..I checked out a few bikes yesterday, I'm going to buy one. If I wait for the brakes to be fixed I'll be that old I'll need training wheels again.
Grateful for a day to get my house in order. (housework yuk)
